Right I did this

Pic 1 says I'm a 34f

Def not sure about that !!

Link 34e

I have a 38e. From months back

Obv loose round under chest

And cups gap so surely I'm not an E or f

When you reduce the band size the cup size reduces too so you may well still be an e or f.

The cup size letter is about the difference between the over bust and under bust measurement, not actual boob size.

weaseleyes · 23/12/2024 10:19

@BlitheSpirits Nothing slow about losing at that rate. I think if you have a way to go, it just feels slow because you have to do it for a longish while and that can be a grind (it is for me, anyway). But that definitely isn't the same as actually being slow.

Also excellent work @Motnight ! A few more pounds and you're on the downwards slope of weight loss!

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/12/2024 10:24

@BlitheSpirits 2lb a week isn't slow. It's a good steady weight loss - roughly what i lose if lucky

Can you get to a Bravissimo, @Blondeshavemorefun? They were fantastic when I lost weight before for fitting me? Otherwise order a plethora of bras from m and s and return what you don't need 😬

weaseleyes · 23/12/2024 11:01

@Blondeshavemorefun bra measuring wisdom seems to be that most of us wear a band that is too big and a cup size that is too small. And cup size does vary according to band size, so you often get very slim women who are a 30 F or something, but look sensibly proportioned. Trying a stack on sounds a good plan!

As with everything, I am waiting till I reach goal weight before I shell out on anything, so am currently wearing baggy, holey, poorly fitting bras which are doing frankly nothing to support my drooping and deflated bust. It's as unattractive as it sounds! 😀

morbidcuriosity · 23/12/2024 11:13

Seems people are still doing great.
The 1.5 to 2lb a week liss is fabulous and not slow in my eyes.. some weeks we get more some less, but averaging at 1.5lb a week is good..

My jab day today, 4th 7.5mg and this week I've felt I can eat more which is good as the 2nd week on it the suppression was so high.. but I've had another 3lb loss.
14 stones 9lb now.. 3lb away from 4 stone loss.. so I'm happy with that! .
I'm working all this week, so don't have any food temptations to deal with, I'm not really a Christmas person anyway so I know I can keep on track..

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/12/2024 12:45

Well done @Motnight

@WorriedRelative thi the E I have now is massive and gappy

Not one near me @Motnight

I don't trust M&S as so many say their teens are badly measured

@weaseleyes I def need to buy a couple at least.

All massive and I wear a clean bra daily

Many don't

I R.E.M. threads of wearing one for a week before washing

Shudders

Clean nicknoks and bra daily here

So many are 4s or nearing

Amazing !!

weaseleyes · 23/12/2024 13:04

I've a way to go before I hit 4s off. I think I'm on 3'5" currently and ideally have just over two more stone to go.

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/12/2024 13:09

Think I'm 3/8 so Almsot half a stone to go till 4

And then yes ideally another 2 to get to 11.4

Maybe 11 for bmi

Know 10.10 made me look too think when got there last time via ww and not sustainable to keep it there ejtner

MargoLivebetter · 23/12/2024 13:11

No loss this week. Really ill. Think it must be flu as I've been bedridden since I stopped work on Friday. Have zero appetite and barely eating, so haven't done this week's injection.

Supposed to be cooking for my extended family on 25th and then going away but I'm not sure I'll be able to do any of that. Feeling very sorry for myself.

Changinghabits1973 · 23/12/2024 14:07

Afternoon lovelies... just checking in as haven't posted for a few days - no particular reason just been so busy to even turn the laptop on, so just been doing a bit of a catch up..
well done on everyone who has had a loss, some really good losses on here in the past few days so huge congrats...

I am going to jab a day early and weigh tomorrow instead of wednesday; i feel like i want to have more suppression on wednesday to not de rail me as not feeling 100% emotionally, but it would be amazing just to lose 1 lb tomorrow as that would give me my 5 st loss in time for xmas and be the best pressie ever ...
I feel a bit like i can't concentrate properly on stuff over the last couple of days; may be the lead up to the festive period but i am trying to do a pass the parcel - one for kids (4) and one for adults (10) for wednesday and then another for saturday (18).. literally i feel so thick .. I know i have done it wrong (sighs...) but i wrapped each individual pressie which i shouldnt have done as i now need to go and buy more wrapping paper as they have got to go in each layer.. OMG, literally, why did i volunteer for this xmas task.. 😅
lovely pics on here as well from people having been on xmas outings... they look fab and very festive...

anyway, better go off and buy some wrapping paper i guess.. will check in tomorrow on weigh in - can't get my head round tomorrow is xmas eve... already ....xx😍

morbidcuriosity · 23/12/2024 14:11

@weaseleyes and @Blondeshavemorefun that's fab. And isn't it nice knowing you have less to lose than you already have. Like over half way there..

weaseleyes · 23/12/2024 14:41

Poor @MargoLivebetter , what rotten timing! I hope you wake up tomorrow feeling at least partially restored

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/12/2024 15:01

Oh @MargoLivebetter Sorry to bear been poorly speedy recovery 💐💐

@Changinghabits1973 fuck me 5s. Wow. Amazing. Hope you get that lb Tom

That's true @morbidcuriosity I hadn't looked of it like that

When I started in think March.April ish time doing sw. I couldn't imagine losing 6s to get to a Healthy bmi and struggled to lose eating healthily

Yes I'm over half way. And guess when hit 4s which will prob be esp with Xmas not for another month so end of jan I think I've mentally given myself to get to 4s - I will then be 2/3 way

MabelSpan · 23/12/2024 15:20

Hi everybody! I hope you are all well and looking forward to Christmas!

Just a quickie from me today. 2nd week having droppped back to 4mg and I have to say I am back to my old Tigger like self!
On 4.25mg I was Eeyore, I am amazed at the difference this small reduction has made. I feel alive again and not a hint of low mood. I cant tell you how good it feels! Food noise is still silent and supression is perfect.
If anyone else is struggling with low mood which they think is due to MJ, try reducing your dose, it might work for you too😊

SW - 20st 3lb 14th Aug 24
CW - 17t 1lb 23rd Dec 24
WL - 3lbs
Ave wkly loss 2.4lbs.

Oh and that means with my 3lb loss, I have now just passed the 3 stone mark! 3 stone 2lbs to be exact. I am very happy about that😊

Changinghabits1973 · 23/12/2024 15:25

@Blondeshavemorefun you're doing amazing.. truly.. look at how far you've come since the spring and back then I bet you thought you wouldn't even be where you are now.. whatever rate we're all losing at, whatever our targets, however much all of us have to lose (I have 4 plus) it's a long journey mentally and physically but all these bags of sugar were all shifting every month that needs to be celebrated 🥳
I'm still smiling over the 6 inch joke a few pages before which I only saw today.. that is completely my sense of humour but think I would struggle on a 12inch this month on 10mg but it didn't touch the sides of my mouth on 5mg ! 😂😂

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/12/2024 16:47

@MabelSpan great a small reduction has made you tigger 😂

And yah yah for 3lbs

Glad 6inch made you chuckle @Changinghabits1973

Im def hungry at the moment - suppression normally kicks in 3/4

Now I'm thinking maybe I should have gone to 12.5

I still have a 10 unopened so not sure what to order

I could take 12.5 from 10 so a dose and 1/4 of bonus each time which should hopefully be 12.5 in total so pen used in 4 weeks instead of 5

Plus have the lurking 5 which I still have no idea where came from that under my Carrots

Guess I get Xmas over and see where go from there

@NippyCrab are you ok ? Very quiet

AdeloreSmore · 23/12/2024 16:56

I have had high blood pressure since I was 20. They finally medicated me a couple of years ago - even increasing my dose to 10mg, and then my average was 138/95. It had significantly improved so I asked to reduce my meds to 5mg and just received this text from my Doctor. It has never, ever been within normal range. Ever. I'm so happy 😊

Dear Mrs L...,

Thanks for doing the blood pressure diary. Your average is sitting within the normal range so please continue at the 5mg dose.

Thanks, Emily Partridge

Mum0ntherun · 23/12/2024 17:29

Bugger - first gain of 1 lb . I think, as this week has been so hard with losing my boy and then a family funeral (and a girlie lunch, so not all bad), I have taken my eye off the numbers!! I expect a gain at the end of next week but was hoping not to this week.

I think I will move up to 7.5, too, for the next pen, as I had the jab on Sat and am feeling little supression, and I've been hungry today. I'll be glad when there are no more chocolates in the house to tempt me, but there are cheeses in the fridge with my name on them, and they are calling me!!!!

Ladies, have a fantastic rest of the week. Merry Christmas to this lovely community, and don't we all look and feel so much better this year than last? Love to you fabulous losers 😘

Princessandthepie · 23/12/2024 17:46

The house is clean, turkey is in the fridge and I'm finally ready for Christmas!
This morning's weigh in was 12 stones 7lbs!! Bloody brilliant!! 3 stones and 1lbs down 😁

My injection day is usually Wednesday but I think I'm going to leave it til Thursday this week as I'm happy to enjoy Xmas day then carry on as usual!

I'm also celebrating the Christmas cheer with a glass of wine right now!! First glass since 2nd August!! Tastes lovely!!

Merry Christmas everyone!! 🎄🎁🎅

Remember food is not the enemy but portion sizes certainly can be! 🤣🤣

NippyCrab · 23/12/2024 18:06

Hello sorry MIA 😳 DH has been home since Friday and I'm done in today. I've slept most of the day. I feel like I've had sleeping pills ffs but it's just stupid ME because I've done too much since Friday.

@Blondeshavemorefun I'm alive my wee blonde beaut 😊🐾🐾

This is DH cake that my SS gf made xx

@NippyCrab nom nom!

owlyboo · 23/12/2024 18:43

Well done on all the losses and sorry for the gain!

Just finished cleaning the house top to bottom ready for the big man.

I had some time alone today whilst I got a few bits from town (kids didn't want to join me 😂) and the walk down and having time to think I thought of us all and how we should be so proud of ourselves for taking the leap and doing something to change our lives for the better and head into 2025 in the best way possible! Proud of us all!

Thanks for the kind words @owlyboo - I've slid a bit as the festive season's come in but still incredible to think how far I've come regardless (Christmas wardrobe is v reduced as nothing fits any more).

Small update from me - I went down to 2.5mg around a fortnight ago and will be staying here for another 3 weeks before going back up to 3.75mg (I know, I know...). I'd been feeling so rough with the travel and the side effects that just wanted to ease off a little over the festive period. Been feeling a bit low with it, like I should have just muscled through but then, as pp have said, do need to remind myself of the massive loss so far.

Hope everyone has a properly lovely Christmas :)
