Hello Luvlies!
I've been away for a good two weeks looking after my mum and boy I regressed badly - bacon on toast, crisps galore. So was pleasantly surprised when back on Sunday I'd sts. And now I have lost a kg. Happy with that 1kg to go and I'll have lost 20! I'm thilled but also struggle with feeling despondent about how far I still have to go. I'm still very overweight. Still on 7.5. Two more to go then I think will try 10 for two months and then titrate very slowly down to a stop. I've spent most of this week (other than scrambling for Christmas) taking up hems - as I lose everything is getting too long.
Anyhoo- I see you gabby lot have been busy! Lots to catch up on!

Probably could do with eating more protein @Blondeshavemorefun. I try my best but as a vegetarian who doesn't like eggs or milk and can only tolerate beans and lentils occasionally, it's a constant challenge. I'm wary to increase calories as I'm really not moving much at the moment.

Oh well. Too late now as I've got a 7.5 pen to use.

It's my weigh day tomorrow I would love a loss after last weeks sts but I've still struggled to get in my usual exercise as neck still isn't 100%. Done a bit more but nothing like usual... 🤞🤞

Yes first dal. The other dog a fluff ball of something sadly diied and this little fella appeared a month or so later as a hole in their family and all missed having no dog

I don't have dogs but I get it as look after friends and dd adult sister dog so it's a huge Empty space 🥲

Just checking in guys - just got back from a couple of hectic days on the road working and am now finally back and finished all my work now until 2nd Jan; so will have a good catch up over the weekend on the posts but just skimmed a few of them and so many of you have had such good losses - very well done to all of you... hope all have a nice evening - mine is consisting of a bath, netflix and some sleep !! xx

@Changinghabits1973 what are you watching on Netflix. I watch a few things over the week when DH is away but we are watching Black Doves together.

I had chilli tonight, with sour cream and Doritos, so nice. DH aunt called earlier and asked after my weight loss, updated her and she said i hope you're not on those injection thingys 😆 nope nope all healthy eating Aunty lol. Bless.

@owlyboo I think it's a 2 or 3 off, let's take bets. Glad your neck is better, it sounds painful and debilitating.

@weaseleyes aw me too, everyone should share their dogs, cats and small pets. I miss my cats, I wouldn't have another though.

@poppym12 I'm sorry your ME is so bad, hugs, I've almost forgotten what I was before I got diagnosed. It changes your whe life. Have you tried the protein Vimto the Myprotein ones, clear whey I think. It's nice. Xx

Thanks @NippyCrab I said to my mum today if it's still not actually better better after Xmas I will have to go doctors (I HATE GOING TO THE DOCTORS!!) so I'm hoping it completely goes away by then!!

And fingers crossed I'm 3 pounds away from a four stone overall loss so even a pound off would be nice to get a bit closer as I'll be a bit gutted if it really starts to stall now when I'm getting closer to the end. But I understand I hadn't had a stall until last week so I was probably due one!

Also love your aunty calling it out... nope not at all 😳😂

Went out with the kids and my mum to go to the light display and kids wanted subway... trying to get the whole sandwich down was a struggle. And it was only 6inch! I would have used to have that a cookie and crisps and it wouldn't have touched the sides!!

I watched black doves in week, loved it but so weird hearing paddingtons voice coming out of a contract killer 😂

Tried to have a tikka masarla

2/3 mouthfuls and mouth burning

I've mentioned Before I couldn't eat

a mild butter chicken

My fav chilli pizza

And now bloody chicken tikka masarla

It was a protein one as well from Lidl. Smelt yummy and less then £2 and think under 500c

So weird.

Now don't know what to have to eat

Oh dear... just brought up at least 3 of my 6 inches! I knew I was pushing it when I was trying to eat it as it had so much meat in it (sorry @Blondeshavemorefun that actually wasn't a pun!)

Luckily don't feel poorly just started giping and up it came! Now slightly dreading Christmas dinner I don't want to look rude 😳😳 I'm going to have to do a lot of food rearranging!

I could jab a day late (due Tuesday could jab Wednesday) but I don't think it'll make a difference as I think my appetite has changed anyway as I don't feel much different now as the MJ wears off like I used to.

Only filth I'm getting. Have to take it where I can @NippyCrab !!
