I have just started my second pen of 10 mg. Hoping that I can stick at 10 for a while.

Just read a thread where someone has reached their goal weight, stopped the injections, and their food noise has returned. I have no idea why some people think that taking Mounjaro is an easy way out for us! It's blooming hard.

I have had a NSV. Gone down my second bra (back) size. Put on a brand new bra today, the same size as I have been wearing for a few months and realised that it's far too big front and back. Rummaged around in my underwear drawer and pulled out a bra I have never been able to fit into and it fits! I still have huge breasts but always will - even at 10 stone I was a 36DD 😬.

Am taking that as a win 🤣!

@Motnight ah that's my size just now, I've always been a DD and I don't want to lose the boobs, I've not bought any bras, I always feel I never get the right fit and I'm wrestling about with it. I buy a full cup t shirt bra from M&S and it fits okay, I'd love some nice ones though. Xx

Round the Chest is ok but major overfilling at front and flesh squeezing out the sides. Not a good sight !!

If I l had a boob job I would prob lose 1/2 a stone a boob. They feel heavy in my hands

What's a good way to measure self

Used to be under and round nipples and then add 5 or something like that

Tho sure a friend said lean forward and measure

I struggled to stay at 10.10 and I'm 5ft 7 so only 1.5inches taller then you so you may find 11 is better

How's pup now ? Is she back to normal bratty self after all her illness ?

I do think 10 is working for me so will prob do a third month of it to save money

Med express are texting and emailing again saying reorder but not sure if would do 4th mth of 10 or go up to 12.5

I still have one spare and not sure how but I have a 5 in the fridge as well

Weighed in this morning and 1lb off which I was surprised about as I've not eaten the best foods this week.

CW 12 stones 7lbs

So 3 stones 1lb off in 4 and half months.

Does anyone else feel like time really drags on MJ? I felt like it's been an absolute age since I last lost weight but it's only been a week?? Maybe it's the lack of alcohol in my life! 🤣

Feeling very under whelmed for Christmas, anyone else feeling like they can't be bothered with it all? DD is running a temperature, I had to get her early from school yesterday, the house is a state, DH is grumpy because he's not well, DS is loudly gaming which is not helping the throbbing headache! Why does MJ give you such bad headaches?

Going with the theme of boobs this morning, mine are definitely more deflated and they were never that exciting to begin with. My bras do fit better but it might be worth digging out a couple of olders ones to see if they fit better, have to find them first though!

I'm 2lb down on my 1st 7.5mg jab , so hoping this continues - rather that the 1.3 average so far. 21.5 lb so far since the end of Aug, with about the same again to go . I'm a short arse though too - at 5'3
Congrats to all of us for losses to date and lets enjoy a healthier Christmas, not depriving ourselves, but eating (and drinking!) in moderation

1lb down and I've gone back to 2.5mg this week so that I have the impetus to cook over Christmas - otherwise they'd be getting a tin of soup!

I'm delighted that my boobs are smaller - short with big boobs is never a good look and I feel like I might topple over. All my family members are pretty flat chested so I feel even more huge by comparison.

1lb off for me, which I was relieved about as I’d been staying the same all week. Am anticipating a little gain or at best staying the same next week, so didn’t want to slump too soon! My daughter’s been home since the weekend, so I’ve had the odd somewhat off piste meal and a couple of drinks - never going over 1000 calories a day, but I think even cooking her pasta and not having any myself makes me gain!

DH is heading home early, plan was meet 2pm in town now he's an hour away from home and I'm sitting here wet hair and hairier than the Grinch on a bad day lol. Always at the cows tail me.

Chocolate brat seems to be back to her demanding little self @Blondeshavemorefun , middle child boy is being a dick though, his Dad will sort him out!

I'd love to know how to properly measure boobs too.

I did my bonus 7.5 on Sunday and I've been bloody starving since Tuesday. I thought 7.5 was working well for me but obviously not so much by the 5th week. I have a 7.5 pen ready to go on Sunday but I'm wondering if I should've gone up to 10. I do have a long drive to make on Tuesday evening so maybe it's best not to move up and risk side effects.....

(I haven't overeaten at all, still under 1200 cals, but the gnawing hunger is a bit of a shocker after all this time!).

Wonder what the fake price is and what they use if not mj

Surely if people aren't losing weight they wouldn't buy it
