Seam twisting is normally poorly sewn jeans @Princessandthepie , not any fault of your body's - I have one pair that does this on one leg, and it drives me demented. Fortunately, they're probably too big now! 😃
I think I've always been a lurker on this thread, as far as talking about my own progress goes (although have responded to some threads that touched a note with me). Have been following along though.
I started 23rd August, and did a sneaky weigh in on Tuesday because my usual Saturday weigh-in left me 0.5lb short of the next stone bracket. That weigh-in put me just 1lb short of a 3 stone loss since starting - hopefully my usual weigh day will see the back of that too.
I have gone from the high 18s to the 15s, a number I've not seen for many years. Bar a bit of constipation on and off, Mounjaro has been trouble free for me. I started with Voy, but the coaching part was entirely lost on me, as actually I've just been thoroughly enjoying the fact that I don't spend my life thinking about eating any more - it is very liberating.
Is this really it, I keep asking myself? Is this actually going to be the solution that gets me to a healthy weight and enables me to stay there?! It certainly feels like it at the moment. Fingers crossed that my body keeps tolerating it well and stays on the path it's on.
I started thinking that I'd probably be on it for up to a year, but am at peace with any maintenance requirements now - would rather not have to be on it long term, but I can certainly live with it if needed.
