Thanks @Motnight and @Azuresky68 @WorriedRelative @4pink1blue

You all have to say you like 3 now

😂😛😂😛😂😛

I've kept 3 and about to return 1&2 in a min to post office

It's weird as waist looks good in that and other dresses imo make me look bigger

Never thought of Amazon for clothes for me. Buy dd stuff off there

Good service. Arrive next day and free returns

I like to try and home rather then shops

@Motnight 1/2 a cock won't ruin your good work but hope not too laxative type if in car 2hrs

@NippyCrab you and others seem to have suitcases of clothes smaller. Think as been this size for a good 15yrs or so I don't really have any smaller clothes

Apart from my velvet trousers which one day I will fit into

Tried again today. Over hips just but side zip (hate those) has maybe 6 inches apart so still don't fit me

Def can't breathe in them or bed over or will split

Sure those are a 12

I may have to rummage in spare bedroom to see if can see any smaller clothes from years back

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/12/2024 10:33

Enjoy bubbles in bubbles @20bloodypounds

Azuresky68 · 08/12/2024 13:13

@Blondeshavemorefun so glad you picked number 3 and a sparkly cardi will look fab!

Azuresky68 · 08/12/2024 13:14

As previously mentioned, I went to 2 foodie get togethers on Friday. I didn't go mad but ate more than normal. Shock horror! Couldn't get scales to work for a while. Sorted it. Stepped on and scales said I had gained 2 kg and scales asked if I was sure it was the correct person weighing, so I said no!! Will wait until next week before I go away to get weighed. Not too bothered, to be honest, as I know the body retains fluid after carby stuff.
NSV I have some nice dressy clothes that I bought which fit multi sizes ifykwim? Tried on a few things yesterday to take on next holiday. I don't normally get dressed up but as it's Christmas and NY decided I will take them..black lacy stuff and floaty trousers..just wondering if 'the boyfriend' will notice 😅😅😅 PS I am 68, he is 69. We don't live together by choice. I don't like calling him my partner...is he too old to be called the BF? 😅😅😅

Azuresky68 · 08/12/2024 13:18

@20bloodypounds bubbles in the hot tub sound wonderful 🥂

weaseleyes · 08/12/2024 16:20

I like the idea of scales politely checking if you're the right person :)

Hope @MabelSpan has come through the storm unscathed

MabelSpan · 08/12/2024 17:10

I am still here @weaseleyes storm Darrah didnt blow me away after all! Thankfully the direction of the wind meant I was sheltered a little bit, and I dont think there is any damage to the roof etc! A good few trees down though.

I have an nsv, I had to go out in the wind and rain and put the cover back over my winter veggies so I put on my old dog walking coat, which I havent tried on since last winter and it hung off me!!!! Last time I wore it I could only just do up the velcro, nevermind the zip, but this time it barely touched me! That put a smile on my face😊

Blondeshavemorefun · 08/12/2024 17:11

@Azuresky68 sure you haven't had a 4lb gain but love the way scales check it's you

Partner sounds good

ChunkyMunky · 09/12/2024 07:33

Hello all!

Sorry I’ve been awol for a little while - December is crazy busy for us and I’ve just not had two minutes. Hope everyone is ok. I will catch up eventually, but I think I’ve got about 20 pages of this thread, and about 10 on the previous one, so goodness knows how long it’ll take when I’ll squeeze it in.

Finally pushed myself up to 5mg again last week after low dosing for a couple of months. Have been ok with it, as long as I avoid fatty foods, which is a relief.

Weigh in this morning (day late for me but I was away yesterday and only wanted to use my home scales for consistency).

Starting Weight: 17st 7lbs
Current Weight: 13st 7.2lbs

Was hopping to hit 4st loss by Christmas, but wasn’t sure it was achievable until I hit this week’s 4.8lb whoosh. Just got to keep it there for a fortnight and shift a tiny 0.2lbs and I’ll be there. Absolutely made up.

Feeling fabulously slinky and spending too many pennies (oops!) on lovely clothes that I never even dreamed I could wear.

Thank you for being here, you wonderful lot, I’d have given up long ago without you.

Have a brilliant week everyone. Happy Monday!

morbidcuriosity · 09/12/2024 07:58

I've got so much to catch up on this thread. I shall do that later..
I'm at a slow loss few weeks, from a massive 5lb 1 week. The last 3 weeks is 1lb a week.. Still happy with that but just a bit annoyed as still not seen a 14 on them scales.
SW 18.6
CW 15.2

But 1lb a week is good for me. I went up to 7.5 last week, so 2nd dose goes in today, hopefully that will crank things up a notch, also I've been having a bit more wine last few weeks so that's not helpful.

I shall come back when I've caught up with the thread..

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/12/2024 08:16

@ChunkyMunky you will def make 4s by Xmas

Amazing loss and all 5 or under

@morbidcuriosity good loses and they all add up. Sure 7.5 will help

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/12/2024 08:23

SUPPRESSION

I have it 😄😄😄

I had roast dinner yesterday with family. I served a small portion

2 x Slice of meat
3 roast
various veg
Yorkie

Left maybe a third of it

Everyone else scrapped their plates clean

Dog did well out of me

😂😂😂😂😂😂

Same for breakie today

Often have a porridge pot

Today can only eat half of it

MargoLivebetter · 09/12/2024 10:48

Morning all, just really here to log my 1lb loss this week. December is one of my busiest months work wise. Literally killing me and we've had a significant family health issue and I hate the winter. I haven't even been able to do my usual rigorous calorie tracking but I'm clearly managing to stay on track enough without it. Anyhow, enough moaning from me, I sound like the Grinch!!!!!

Loving seeing the Christmas outfits - everyone looking fabulous. We must all be 4 months in now or thereabouts. Just that in itself is an amazing achievement.

poppym12 · 09/12/2024 11:09

I think the stall is finally over 😁. Hopefully I'll be back to losing 1-2lb per week soon.

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/12/2024 11:34

@MargoLivebetter well done

@poppym12 that's good

NippyCrab · 09/12/2024 11:58

Morning whoop Poppy and Margo, any loss or sts is a win.

weaseleyes · 09/12/2024 12:07

Glad to see @Blondeshavemorefun and @poppym12 back on form

MabelSpan · 09/12/2024 12:23

Happy Monday everybody!

Weigh and jab day for me. I am delighted to report that I have dropped another 3.2lbs this week! I really wasnt expecting that much so I am a very happy Eeyore (I used to be Tigger but mj has flatlined my emotions so I am now Eeyore).

SW - 20st 3lbs 14th Aug 24
CW - 17st 5lbs
WL - 3.2lbs
Ave wkly loss 2.4lbs

I am sticking with 4.25mg for a sixth week.

@ChunkyMunky What a fab whoosh! Love that you are feeling fabulously slinky! And so you should😊

@morbidcuriosity Well done on your loss! They all add up

@Blondeshavemorefun Gosh that is supression! I have never had it strong enough to make me leave food on my plate😂

@MargoLivebetter Well done on your loss! Sorry you are having a stressful time.

Wishing us all a fabulous week!😃

morbidcuriosity · 09/12/2024 12:35

Well I think I've pretty much caught up with you guys, but man there is far to much to mention. . Think I need to check in more regular
Everyone seems to be doing fabulous, even with some stalls etc.
I've had to buy a new pair of jeans to tide me over as I only had 1 pair that fit me. Primark for the cheap, and think my next stop is a couple cheap bras from asda as the last hook is now too loose.
But saying that I don't mind the issue as means I'm getting more towards a healthy weight.. Next week I reckon I will make it to overweight instead of obese..

Princessandthepie · 09/12/2024 12:35

Well done on the losses and sts!!

I finally got to the park, found a great parking spot after dropping the kids off and off I went walking!
Only did 1 lap which is 1 mile but now I know where I can park without getting a ticket, I can go more! I know it's only 1 mile but it's more than I did yesterday and it did give me a nice little boost as I came home and got on with a few chores. Headache has eased off too so maybe the fresh air did me some good!

NippyCrab · 09/12/2024 15:08

Afternoon all, a mile is good @Princessandthepie and it does energise you, flip did you get a ticket before? 🫣
@MabelSpan omg that's a fab loss go you lady.
@ChunkyMunky you're now slinky munky 🥰
@morbidcuriosity I didn't come on the thread for a couple of days and it sped off in top gear I couldn't catch up haha.
@poppym12 aw i hope it is for you too.
@Blondeshavemorefun that's major suppression.

I'm getting excited for every one of us because we are doing so well and at the stage of new clothes etc.

I'm trying to gee gee myself up to get my mood lifted for things. Jeez even choosing a roll of Christmas paper was flipping brutal, nothing floated my boat, see you MJ 😂 DH was taking gifts away to work with him to drop off so I was dithering back and forward in Sainsbury's like a dafty for one roll 😂
Once the cleaners have been tomorrow I've got the Christmas stuff to get dotted around so I'm hoping that will inspire me to do the rest of my shopping.

OP posts:
Princessandthepie · 09/12/2024 15:56

No ticket before at the park but I seem to racking them up at the moment! £120 I've paid out in parking fines recently due to forgetting to pay for parking at Sainsburys and the local high st! Bloody meno memory! 🙈

But at the park, a side road is permits only from 11am so I'll be well gone by then! So next time, I can park up, do 2 to 3 laps then leave without having to worry about it.

Azuresky68 · 09/12/2024 16:58

What's going on? I jabbed 10 mg last Wednesday and suppression was OK Thursday, then Friday was the fuddle day..went over my calories. Saturday and Sunday kept to under 1000 calories and today I can't face eating at all..literally had nothing. I made a chicken and veg soup and can't eat it! Going to have a protein shake now as I am working tonight. Very confusing 😕

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/12/2024 17:16

@weaseleyes yes thankfully

I don't expect to never eat and usually do 3 meals and maybe 2 snacks but in my 1200c

But yesterday was a small /left meal

Today the same

1/2 pot of porridge
No lunch wasn't hungry at all
Had protein milkshake at 245 before walking to school

Will hopefully eat a decent meal for tea . Meat veg tonight

10 does seem to work for me

8 doesn't

@MabelSpan it's rare for me suppression but today is a good day

Dog did very well. Massive waggy tail 😂😂😂

Well done on your loss. Such a good amount

Hoping for 4 for me to go back to what I was last week

Sorry now eoyore not tigger. Hope you get your spring back

@morbidcuriosity you will soon get there. I scrapped into it the other week and overweight

Yah for smaller size

@Princessandthepie soon you will be doing 2/3 laps. Well done

Blondeshavemorefun · 09/12/2024 17:19

@NippyCrab sorry you have lost your mojo

@Princessandthepie ouch at fines. Do you have ringo. I always use that as no cash

@Azuresky68 strange to have high on day 5/6

Mine is usually 3/4/5 if at all. By 6/7 I'm hungry

Maybe body is getting used to 10?
