About 6 stone to go. My clothes are baggy but like you I work from home so don’t need look too presentable and they probably were a bit stretched out before!
Here’s hoping that 10 will be my dose.

I am still eating largish portions and 3 meals a day but there is no eating in between meals and I am making healthy choices.
Little desire to eat junk.

@Redlightbulb well they all sound like really healthy changes which is great!! Some people need the higher doses the 'proper' dose is 15 anyway and you work up to it so it doesn't necessarily mean it'll wear off so please try not to worry! You're doing great!!

Well I still have bumps and lumps @owlyboo and don't see the diff between aug and Nov pics when wearing same clothes

It's weird. I don't like 2. The huge flappy sleeves swamp me @weaseleyes

It's weird I've chosen the only sleeveless dress. I would have never done that !

Tho will wear /buy a smaller cardi as don't like being chilly

Another reason why 2 wouldn't work as a cardi doesn't go over the sleeves - I did try and looked stupid

@Redlightbulb I didn't feel any suppression till started 10. I still eat 3 meals a day.

Definitely number 3!! You could wear it with a sparkly jacket but you honestly look great in it. People will notice your weight loss too.

@Blondeshavemorefun Number 3 shows off your waist, the length is perfect and I love a V neck to elongate neck and show a bit of cleavage. Hope you pick this one as you look fab U lots!! 👌

@Blondeshavemorefun if you can get a sequin jacket in the right style they never go out of fashion. I have a silver blouson from Asda. I bought when I was heavier and it is still fine to wear. There's loads around. Just need to find the right style to go with the dress.

After all my self congratulations for eating out sensibly I blew it last night. Am staying in an air BnB with DH. Owner left us a large bar of galaxy chocolate in the fridge. The size in the past that I would eat regularly on my own. DH and I shared it and I feel terrible. Been awake for hours with stomach pains. Serves me right! Not even sure how I am going to survive the 2 hours plus car journey home 😞

@Blondeshavemorefun you look fabuloulush. I like 3 and yes, you can pull it off.
I've not tried on my dress yet. DH is going up the loft later and I've instructed (lol) him to bring down 2 suitcases of clothes. I'm going to see what I can salvage to wear just now that was too small before and bin or give away any bigger sizes.

Oh no, I love galaxy and my favourite was a ripple. God love you Mrs that's not pleasant. Hopefully you will have a visit to the loo before you set off xx

@Blondeshavemorefun those dresses look great! Go for the third, with a bra that hoiks the girls up a bit more it will look even more fabulous and you will show off that waist!

I agree, and I like the length of no 3 too. And @Blondeshavemorefun just imagine Christmas 2025 when you'll be saying that dress is a bit too big!

It's bloomin' freezing here. My kitchen is very beautiful but draughty and the corian worktop retains the cold - it is icy - would be good for making pastry if I was into that kind of thing!

I'm visiting a friend for a couple of days but will manage to eat on plan, I think. We're making one meal each, I've done soups for our lunches and we're having one meal out. Tonight we'll be putting the world to rights over a glass of fizz in the hot tub so if you wake up tomorrow and the world's problems are all solved you have me to thank Just don't blame me if it hasn't all changed!
