-2lbs again for me. I'll take that! That's 48lbs/3 stone 6 overall (9lbs pre MJ)

I'm at 12st 4 now (starting weight 15st 10) so close to 11 stone bracket now! ...

Enormous well done to all of the losers; and as ever, good vibes for everyone on the plateau.

Weighing in - 3lb down, so:

SW: 15 st 8 lb
CW; 13 st 1 lb

2 and a half stone!!! Feels unreal, can't believe 12 is in sight. On the cusp of thinking about what perfume I'll buy when I get below the next stone barrier.

@lookathatbookcase thats amazing and happy the 12 in sight is flipping brilliant hun !! Just going back to perfume, I came across one several weeks ago now in Frasers whilst out shopping with my bestie and I love having sample sprays in a shop like that! I don't know if anyone has come across it but it was literally my favourite scent ever... VERSACE CRYSTAL NOIR EDP (not EDT) I literally fell in love with it straight away; it lasted for hours and could smell it still after 12 hours out of the house.. it was lush but at £100 for 50ml i didn't really want to spend that at that time - anyway, fast forward 2 weeks later and i got an amazing deal on Vinted (even though Ebay were selling them too..) and got a 90ml for £49.99.. The EDP is so much stronger and longer lasting than the EDT. Anyway, i have NEVER had so many compliments on that perfume smell when out at my meetings etc than i have in my whole 51 years of being on this planet! Just a heads up on scents if you needed one hun ! x

Morning all. What a day it is here, bloody bert. Some awesome losses again, considering we are months in now, people are doing so well 🙂 I got my '14.13' on the scales this morning- a bit surprising considering I drank my calories instead of ate them yesterday - red wine though, not smoothies 😆

Blondes - what was the name of the perfume site? I was telling my daughter and didn't want rsi from scrolling back 😆

I need to think of something to celebrate the remaining milestones. Now there's somewhat fewer of them, they feel more momentous. However, I don't like perfume, and it needs to be cheap and minimal effort, as I'm both broke and quite lazy 😀

Hi ladies. Well done on all the losses and NSVs!! I realised after reading another post I'm 100 days on Mounjaro so took pics to celebrate 😂. I look like a different person. In 100 days I have -

Lost 4st 1lb
BMI reduced by 10 whole points
Gone down 4 dress sizes
Said goodbye to the 19s, 18s, 17s, 16s and 15s

SW 19st
CW 14st 13lbs

Congratulations 🎉on all the great losses! Absolutely fantastic reading about how far we’ve all come since August.
Yesterday took my 2nd 10mg dose, nausea seemed to settle down after about 3 days last week, so hoping I don’t feel as bad this time. Definitely felt it was easier sticking to my calories on the 10mg, so am going to order another 10mg on Monday, so with bonus jabs that should take me to after Christmas.
So this week lost 2lbs, am happy with that, I’m a slow loser but it’s gradually chipping away at the big number, and people have finally begun to notice, saying my face looks thinner.
I really really wish I hadn’t decluttered my clothes in the spring, got rid of all my smaller clothes because I had given up thinking I could lose weight & wear them again, now everything is too big. Have bought one going out smaller size outfit, then wearing my super baggy clothes at home. Think I’ll wait till the January sales & then buy some new clothes then.

@Glittermoonlight im trying to decide what to do about new clothes too. I’m at least one size down but don’t want to buy anything much yet.

I’ve listed piles of stuff on Vinted - most of it too big but also stuff that; whilst I still like it; it just doesn’t get worn. I was sick of fighting for space in my wardrobe, having to hang stuff on the doors etc. I have a 4 year old and work from home 90% of the time - I really don’t need half what I had. I did have a moment of ‘but what about if I put it all back on and have no big clothes’ but I can’t let myself think like that! No going back now!

I’ve already made £45, so that can go towards some smaller stuff!

@4pink1blue That is an absolutely astonishing loss in 100 days! I think you must deserve the August starters gold award! I'm so pleased you feel transformed.

Ok I've been brave and posted the pic. Eek. No one in real life knows apart from hubby so this is the only place I can show them! Hope no one minds. I know I still have a way to go but I'm pretty happy.

Wow! I haven't had much time to keep track of the thread this week but scrolling through now it looks like there are some huuuuge losses and some amazing NSVs. Well done team August!

I'm creeping downwards much slower now but moving up to 7.5 next week. I'm 29lb down and squeezed in at 11 st 13 yesterday. Next milestone is 70kg and hopefully needing smaller jeans between now and then.

Not been on in a week and wow this moves fast 😆. Hope everyone is doing well. At some point in the thread someone posted a list of all the suppliers and their costs which MedExpress would match if you could prove it. Could however posted it please post again? I’m about to move up to 7.5 and would like to order from them again but obviously I’d love to get it a bit cheaper.

Weather is awful here today!! Watching Bridget jones it's insane that she was below 10 stone, not fat in the Slightest but is consistently referred to as fat!

I am pleased to report I have had my first week without any side effects, other than a bit of a dry mouth to start with, so very happy about that. Looks like I will be staying on the heady high dose that is 4.25mg another week!😊😃

Thanks @Blondeshavemorefun I think you will find you will suddenly go from not being able to notice it to being like wow! Almost like a scale woosh but with your figure. We all carry weight differently so I suppose it will show differently. I think you'll suddenly find yourself moving quickly down the sizes etc. 🤞
