Been 3mths now since we started.

@nippycrab so pleased you're OK.. your hair looks amazing and bet you're so proud of it and also for the compliments.. well done hun..
Trying to attach pic of chicken kebab meat I buy. 1kg tray and cook for an hour. It's delicious and so tasty.. they do piri piri hot and garlic and herb as well.. both aldi and lidl. Cost effective too at £4.99.. it's divine !

What's butter chicken like ? Hot ?

@Blondeshavemorefun gosh no it's not hot. I tried the piri piri one and it blew my head off ! It's just got a tiny kick to it but the coating of the chicken is so tasty, I'm a wimp with spice but this is lovely. Really good protein, minimal carbs and fat, it's a good choice..goes lovely with salads and I have it inside omelette or with some nice veg and mushrooms etc.. the garlic and herb one is nice too. Very mild in flavour. No spice.

Think it's medium. On My Fitness Pal looks like it's got couple of different Aldi ones. You can check using bar code when you click in add food to your diary.

@Changinghabits1973 I do loads of batch cooking and freeze it..trick is to put in freezer bags or sandwich bags and freeze flat..you get loads more in freezer. I am more efficient now and actually label it with what it is and calories per portion. Work out calories using MFP create a recipe feature 👍

Your on my level hun.. I use freezer bags and the amount of stuff I can get in just one drawer is unreal !! Also labelled and gives me so much joy doing it.. I know that sounds sad but I love it 😀

Thanks so much. It's all about where you feel comfortable isn't it? I don't think you are being stupid at all. We only have one life and deserve to be as happy as we can be. I weigh 9 stone 10 now and I am 68. Pretty active too. Not been 9 stone for 31 years..was 9 stone before I was pregnant and never got back there. Lowest weight I got was after dieting when I was a student and got down to 7 stone 12 pounds...but in my 50's I went up to 14 stone ...all over the place!

Not sad at all..saves money and time in the long run. Are you as dad as me and have those stands which hold the bag open while you fill the bag 😅😅 got mine on Amazon

I’m thinking about going up to 10mg……..7.5mg is the only one that I’ve ordered a second pen at same dose but I’ve sort of platoed out and not had a great couple of weeks…….no gains just maintains and had a shocking few days of crap for dinners xxx

Hi everyone, sorry for radio silence, I’ve been feeling very ill over the last few weeks so not been checking the thread. Could I have your help though please as I don’t know what to do for the best. I’ve been really lucky with side effects so far, but the last 3 weeks have been hell.

i have had really severe diarrhoea and nausea on and off over the last 3 weeks but I was also ill with flu for one of those weeks. I took my injection (5mg) last Thursday as normal and within an hour I was on the toilet with sickness and nausea. This week, I have so much food noise and cravings, I’m eating badly and able to over eat. I then seem to be being punished in the evening after dinner with sickness and an upset stomach- it’s as though I have food poisoning.

I don’t know whether to stop the injections all together, stay on 5mg and persevere (I have been on 5 for ages so don’t know why the sudden symptoms), or increase to 7.5mg to try to stop the food noise/overeating and then maybe I won’t be punished in the evening. I can’t keep feeling like this though and not sure what to do and would appreciate your opinions x

@IHateMozzies I really want a 50+ MedExpress code too in a couple of weeks. I think from the questionnaire if you're over 60 though you have to send in new pics. If you find a code that works, or I do, can we tag in this chat so we can PM them 🙏🏼
