Yesterday I took my third 2.5 mg dose.
my appetite has dropped to almost nothing and combined with nausea it’s been hard to keep cooking for the family. But easy not to want to eat it.
I’m eating muesli for breakfast so I’ve got enough fibre, with semi skimmed milk for protein.
And I’m eating lots of soup.
I feel full after eating almost anything
And there are two chocolate bars on the cupboard that I have zero interest in eating - weird, right?
im still having a glass of wine most days though.
I’m going to try to find more protein but struggling with gi symptoms.
I’ve had quite a few side effects but I want to power through as it’s so effective and being so overweight has been making me seriously unwell.
im pre-diabetic so got gp advice before starting but have to pay for it myself. I’m going to try to follow the standard dosing schedule so I don’t mess up. So I’ve got the 5mg dose ready for a fortnight’s time.
so far (2weeks 1 day in) I’ve lost 11lbs
SW 15 stone 1 lb
CW 14 stone 4 lb
GW 10 stone ultimately (mid-range healthy bmi)
but 11 stone 7 lb would get me into the healthy weight category so that’s my second goal
My first goal is to be 12 stone 7 by the time I’m going to Christmas parties in December so I can actually wear something nice 😊
Im already feeling more hopeful as this is the lightest I’ve been in years
This is possible 😀
