I'd got a bit slack with thinking about fibre, and realised I hadnt eaten very much at all over the last 5 days or so, and hence hadn't poo-ed. Charming.
So, I've had two days of breakfast with Fage yoghurt, 2 spoons chia seeds, 2 spoons flax seeds and WOW. I FELT lighter.....stepped on the scales and they say I've lost 1.8kg!! (Not in a day, since the 'pre-poo' situation.). Anyway, I'd highly recommend this as a fibre and protein full breakfast, I added a little bit of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of allspice for a bit of extra flavour.
That smashes through 10% of my starting weight 💪
And takes me to a mythical 35.5......so close to being out of Obese II 💪💪
Also on the NSVs - put on a 'posh' work skirt today....it was only held up if I clenched my bumcheeks - last time I tried it on, it felt too tight! Straight back onto eBay for that then. Shame, its a pretty skirt! And, bending over to pull on my tights felt noticably easier. What a fabulous end to the week.
