Saturday weigh in and a 2lb loss this week😁
I was convinced I was going to have my first no loss/gain this week. I "put on" 2lb the day after weighing last week, and it was very slowly dropping down again, last night was still 1lb over last weeks weigh in. I had a few carby meals (eggy bread, Chinese takeaway, huge baked potato) earlier in the week as suppression has been very poor this week, but it seems to have kicked back in again yesterday (due to inject today) and weight (probably water) dropped off again last night.
I was starting to get upset, not for the increase as I know they are going to happen, but my excel spreadsheet and graphs 📉 don't work with increases! 🤣
End of week - 18 (5 x 2.5mg, 13 x 3.75mg)
SW - 21st 5lbs BMI 42.8
CW - 17st 9lbs BMI 35.6
Losses - 10,2,2,4,1,3,3,3,1,3,2,2,3,3,2,3,3,2
Total loss - 3st 10lbs (52lbs), 17%
Current Target - 17st by Christmas🎄 (8 weeks, 9lbs to go!)
I am going to stick with 3.75mg for another week and see how it goes.
I have been reading all your posts and have stuck a small tub of cottage cheese in my Tesco online basket. I haven't tried cottage cheese since I made it in Home Economics in secondary school in the early 1980s! Going to try it on a baked potato with tuna and in scrambled eggs first.
