I was reading a thread on here last night about maintenance and it got me thinking - I’ve never really had a proper ‘goal weight’ in the past! I mean, I’ve been given one by WW or SW or whichever other slimming club I’ve attended but they’ve never seemed like real, achievable goals! In my head, it’s always been a case of dieting for as long as I can cope with and lose a little bit of weight to be a little less fat.
Having an actual goal weight that I have come up with, within the ‘medically healthy’ range and may actually achieve is freaking me out a little I think!
