Week 42 and I'm not really sure because my scales are being unpredictable but I think I'm down 1lb. I've been doing weights at the gym so I'm going for the old "muscle weighs more than fat" thing.
Started a new 7.5 pen today, not sure if I'll use it all at 7.5 or continue to reduce. I do get hunger pangs but I don't get the shakiness that I got when I was huge and always eating, so I can ignore the niggling hunger without that. I keep track of my calories but I don't feel I need to, as I kind of know my daily allowances of things now.
