Hello all, can I join you?
I started at 16st13lb on 20 June. I've lost 2st2lb so far.
I'm on 7.5 dose, and don't find it as effective as I found 2.5. And I'm tired all the time. And cold. And soooo constipated.
But the gain is so worth it. My arthritic knee isn't playing up so much. My stomach isn't sticking out more than my enormous boobs. My skin feels firmer, even my turkey neck which I presumed would look worse. My rings are very loose.
I'm eating so healthily. I hope that by the time I get to my goal that my eating habits will have permanently changed.
I'm going to swap out my summer and winter clothes this weekend. It'll be interesting what fits me.
