I reckon I'm on track to be 14st by Christmas.

It would be even better if the scales started with a 13 by then.

I got 14st 1lb on the scales this morning so also looking forward to seeing 13 something very soon.
I was last 13 stone in 2006 - it feels unreal the amount I've lost now most of the time!

@IReallyNeedThisToWork I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope you're able to take the time to get through this tough time. I had a bereavement in March which is still all too fresh, thinking of you. (Fabulous sneaky pre-weigh day loss!)

The last 3 injections I've had really bad reactions at the site. So itchy and red and a lump. I'm wondering why. I've not changed where or how I'm doing them but the itching is driving me insane. Anybody else randomly started getting g this? It's weird because I've not had this before. Just seems to be this pen??

22% of my body weight gone in just under 22 weeks. I'm amazed. This is pre baby weight, and they are teens.

(I mean, it's not my target anymore, it was the original "unrealistic" target so I'm doing another month or two to see what happens!)

@Newme24 I started randomly reacting to the injection in that way on my third pen I think, a couple of pens later I'm not reacting as much again. It seems to be fairly common that a reaction can happen like this and whilst you should definitely keep an eye on it and check the side effects list to see what you should consult your doctor about, a mild raised lump and itching at site is not necessarily anything to worry about.
Taking an antihistamine can help and I used a hydrocortisone cream to help with the itching.

Third dose of second 10mg pen today.

Urgh. My body won’t lose anything. I know it will pass but it’s infuriating. I’ve been on a plateau for around 3 weeks.

I’m moving up a dose tomorrow so let’s see what happens!

I’ve had this too. However I also had it when injecting blood thinners daily during pregnancy so I assume it’s nothing to worry about.

@Newme24 I’ve seen several posts about this. A lot of people have success with a slightly longer needle which may be worth trying?

@Newme24 ive had that red raised itchy reaction for last 6-doses always on days 2-4 I use hydrocortisone cream& take antihistamine which helps.

@Merryoldgoat everutime that’s happened to me I’ve had a carb heavy day then done intensive exercise the next day and it’s shifted a 1lb, but equally once I hit a loss of 20% my start weight I’ve definitely hit a much slower loss period.

I’m at bmi 25.5 whoop still hovering at 10st1lb but the scales briefly flicked to a 9.13 which I honestly can’t remember every seeing a 9 on the scales in 30yrs!

I'm hoping to reach 6st off by Christmas.

An article in the fail today saying Sharon osbourne has gone too far and ruined her metabolism. Apparently she can't gaun weight. Hmm sure isnt it the opposite once we stop?

I think there will always be a lot of talk about well-known people who take MJ.

Yes I think anyone in the public eye who loses a significant amount of weight now is going to be attributed to injections. I don't really care, I just want our little group to do well!

My 12:8 has actually gone pretty well this week. I absolutely love my first proper coffee of the day so I have to be careful when I have that as I know it's going to break the fast. I have also been really good with the gym this week - lots of weights lifted!

So I did a weigh in spoiler a few days ago but it is weigh day today!

this weeks loss 2.5lb. Just a pound to 4st which hopefully I’ll achieve in the next week or so.

I have had a huge haul of size M and 14 and even the odd 12 clothes arrive from Vinted! I feel pretty good right now!
