Mounjaro October starters

Hi,
I've taken the plunge and ordered Mounjaro through MedExpress. My prescription was accepted today and as long as it arrives in time I plan to start on Thursday (my birthday is on Wednesday 😂😂). I thought I would start a thread for any new starters if anyone is interested 😊

I purchased and was accepted yesterday, dispatched today so fingers crossed I can start next week! I've loved reading the success stories and it's really helped out my mind at ease too!

Generally good, like I normally would if I was trying to lose weight / eat better / throwing a tonne of water down me. But it’s EASIER as I’m as hungry.

I've been feeling good! It's a weird feeling really, I've been eating all my meals, but just much smaller portions.

So update on how I'm feeling. I did the jab last night about 8pm. Slept like a log, but woke up feeling really sleepy. Ok now that I'm up and about. Do not feel hungry at all for breakfast, but ate a bit of toast. Need to remind myself today to keep up on water intake.

Anyone else who took it last night feeling any side effects yet?

I did it last night. Didn't sleep very well, and am knackered this morning, however, that could be the beginnings off a cold, picked up from a work colleague ☹️ my appetite doesn't feel suppressed AT ALL / just had my usual breakfast of egg on toast ☹️

Oh! It's being delivered today!

I'm out of the house most of the day, will they leave it do you think? I can't remember whether royal mail usually do??

I also had a horrible night’s sleep after starting last night, but apart from being shattered don’t feel any different. However… I skipped breakfast and barely touched my lunch!!! It tasted funny and I just wasn’t hungry! I forced myself to eat a boiled egg as I don’t want to be ill.

Sorry to butt in but once you've taken your first dose of the pen it doesn't need to be kept in the fridge anymore.

It just needs to be kept cold until your first use.

My Voyager arrived today! Plan to inject on Sunday.

Well my RM delivery slot has been and gone and no sign of my delivery :( The tracking hasn't updated since 01:27 when it says arrived at depot :( :(

Mine now says it's being delivered tomorrow because I wasn't in 😭

I somehow expected to feel different after my first jab but honestly wouldn’t know I’ve taken anything. Don’t even have a mark from the injection and no side effects.
I am calorie tracking but not expecting a loss this week as it just doesn’t feel like anything is happening.

Yep exactly the same here. Was supposed to be delivered between 9.30-12.30... still waiting.

I am sat at my desk looking out of the window and nobody has come. I am out all day tomorrow so what happens then? Shouldn't it arrive cold? If RM have had it since 1am, surely come Saturday (when I will next be in) it wont be cold anymore?

I have literally just had a text saying it has been received and is out for delivery today before 7.30pm. That is fine but I'll be out from 3-5pm 🙄

Day 2 after taking my first dose yesterday. I can't believe the suppression and food noise is away so quickly?!?! Or is this all in my head

Well it was only about two hours ago 🤣 but you’re right!

I think I’ve messed up my delivery 😫I got my delivery email, it had the option to add a safe place for if I wasn’t in. So I did, in case I wasn’t home in time. But I was home. And it’s not been delivered! When I go back on the link it says thank you for rescheduling my delivery to tomorrow. Gutted as I was going to start tonight!
