I've missed a few weeks and this thread doesn't half move fast!
In the last 3 weeks I've had a ten day break, my birthday and DH's birthday. My slow loss has turned into a slight gain (oops), but I'm still plodding on.
Ready to take my 4th and final 5mg next Wednesday and a 7.5 pen is winging its way from MedExpress tomorrow.
Haven't used bonus dose on pens so far because I want to titrate quickly as possible to the higher doses. Might give the 5mg pen a hard twist week after the last 5mg and start 7.5 a week later than planned. Will see how it's going and if I feel the need to up the ante.
Suppression and losses have been fairly modest for me but side effects reasonably easy to cope with. Far more burpy and acidly with 5 than 2.5 but the suppression is fairly low. Not having to force-feed myself, all food & drink is going down nicely at the moment, unfortunately.
No ill effects from drinking wine and eating lovely 3 course meals over 10 days in the sun even though I took my last 2.5 the night before we flew out. First dose 5mg on day of return.
I messed about with the days to cover time away. Back on track now, doing jabs on Wednesday suits me best. Hopefully a couple of weeks un-dieting will kick start some real losses.
Can't remember stats of top of head but I'm about 10lbs down from start, I think. Maybe less.
