Well done everyone with the weight loss percentages - I know I’m over 10% now but not sure what the exact figure is.

@AnnieMcFanny i hope your daughter is ok, and that you feel better soon. The sickness is horrible - lots of peppermint tea and actually kombucha helped me a bit with the nausea. I found it really hard to get the sort of things we’re supposed to eat on mj down whilst it was going on and for a while after - even now I can’t face a lot of it. So I stuck to things like crackers, a few plain biscuits etc. Counter intuitive but eating something helped with the nausea - and I still lost so no harm done.

@MargoLivebetter oh yes. I definitely have to attribute some of my bad relationship with food to growing up with a mum who thought drinking slimfast while feeding us pop tarts was helping set healthy boundaries...

@Azuresky68 re. the nausea, this might be a fluke but I injected into my thigh on Sunday for the first time, rather than my stomach. And I have had no nausea, just really effective suppression. It was the fifth dose of 5mg and I had been really struggling for quite a few weeks with nausea and LOTS of food noise. (Obviously you may have already been jabbing a thigh, but I would recommend trying if you haven’t already!)

I did thigh this week and feel the same, maybe slightly higher suppression but I did 5.8mg

Been 4 days and today I have hungry on 7.5

Eaten 3 meals and 2 packets of crisps 🙀🥲

Not jabbing till fri so got 2 more whole days of food

August 12th, so 8 weeks ago on Monday just been!

Morning all. I had my covid jab yesterday and my flu the day before so am feeling a little rough today. My dilemma is when to jab - I've got a full on week so don't want to be feeling ill but I need some suppression.

I'm on my bonus dose so am thinking I could just go for a half dose to keep things ticking over. What do you all think?

Morning All! Urgh, hate being up this early (never normally surface until at least 9.00am) but have got a guy coming to tile our new shower enclosure. Very pleased this morning to see I've lost another 1lb this week already. Looks like eating slightly more is definitely helping.

So after panicking about not being approved yesterday afternoon I was approved soon after I posted and the pens were shipped yesterday arriving this morning. Hate waiting in the postman but with a £500 package riding on me answering the door I'll be to scared to even go for a wee 😂😂

My first pen arrived and the ice pack was melted... I think if it's just one pen I wouldn't worry to much as you'll have pretty much used it within the time span anyway (I would still pop it in the fridge) but if it was multiple pens I would be pissed off if they were warm.

I did read something online from a doctor that said they'd been advised it really doesn't matter and as long as they hadn't been exposed to hot temps he would just put them back in the fridge but obviously it's an expensive gamble if the meds have lost their full capacity!

@WitchDancer I would personally just jab but i don't get awful side effects.... I would also think if for a penny in for a pound and get it over and done with rather than spread out the symptoms/rough days but im clearly a glutton for punishment!!!
