Wow, this thread has certainly moves along!
I've just not had the time to catch up this week what with running around after the kids. DD is feeling more confident with her broken arm but now she needs to be watched like a hawk so she does go off daredevil style again! 🤦♀️
My weight has stayed at 14 stones 12 all week, bit miffed as it was a 1lb gain this week but it's not gone up anymore, but I do certainly feel ready for my next injection later today. I am feeling constipated though so that's not helping. I also feel like I need to move more, we've pretty much been indoors this week so my step count is practically nothing and with DD being extra needy, I've not had time to myself. DS, bless him, has had conjunctivitis so hasn't wanted to go anywhere either. And now, DH and I, have come down with colds!!
Food wise, I've been OK but certainly still need more protein, I need to meal plan better and prep more so I have things to hand. I do find 3 meals a day too much so happy to stick to 2 meals. Calorie wise, I've rarely gone over a 1000 per day since starting.
I do hope you're all OK and losing the pounds!!
