@Sewfrickinamazeballs I've got Rheal clean greens. Bought a box of 10 servings in Sainsbury's and have now bought a whole tub. I mix it with about 600ml of water and the house of half a lemon and then pop it in the fridge to make sure it really cold.

I was looking at others before I bought the big tub and other places do flavoured ones but had sucralose in which I’m avoiding so I stuck with Rheal.

First dose of 10mg today as I didn't really feel the 7.5mg was working, but it must have been working expecially the bonus as just had a whoosh of 3.4lbs this week!

Total loss: 35.6 lb

2.5 stone in 4 months - I'm delighted with that

@Megarea fab whoosh! Well done 😁 10 seems slightly terrifying at the moment😬 Cannot imagine being on twice the dose I am now. This journey is certainly different to what I expected!

I lost 3.9 this week, so pleased. I'm storming through the 14's so now I am 14st 3.6 from a SW of 17st 7.4.

I still don't feel any major body differences, just bough some more size 18 stuff so will try that on tomorrow. I don't think I have an ability to see what my body looks like properly. I might take a photo later and compare to the one I sent Voy at the beginning. I have had to get a little spacer for my wedding ring as it was close to falling off, so I know I have changed. Still, not one person has commented

@Sewfrickinamazeballs I really don't think people feel comfortable commenting. My only friend who knows about MJ was talking about a friend of hers and how much weight she had lost and how quickly and that she was worried she had cancer so had t said anything.

I said she was likely to be taking a GLP1! It was slightly helped by the fact I had said said person as a member of an MJ fb group 😃

Nobody seems capable of reading anything. They just start post after post saying the same thing.

I saw a pic of myself from last year on my memories and I swear I didn't realise how much I'd lost round my face and neck, I look like a different person.

I have had a lot of positive comments but I'm lucky enough to be able to be open about mounjaro with the people around me and I think that encourages comments - no one's unsure fif they should say something if you know what I mean? I've only had positive reasctions but I know plenty of people have lots of nasty things to say about mounjaro - you only have to read any thread online to see it!

Also that's phenomenal @Sewfrickinamazeballs I'm looking forward to the 14s!

Weigh day today. I keep thinking the 5mg is losing its power but the scales say different!

I did drive past a McDonalds earlier and have strangely lustful thoughts about a Big Mac so, whilst the suppression etc is ok at the moment, the food noise could be creeping back!

I've hit a couple of personal targets this week😁 4lbs down this morning which means I have hit the 3 stone loss on MJ and I am also into the 13s!!! 🎉👍🎉

Ive continued to order 5mg because it’s coming off well still and I cannot cope with the burps and diarrhoea when I up.

I think I have maybe 2st left to target. I haven’t ever got to target before in life!!! Must keep going!!!

Home from 3 weeks in Turkey later today. No idea what the scales will show. Definitely have been eating more the last week. Had my jab of 5 mg yesterday and have another 5 mo pen at home in fridge. Fingers crossed I won’t be too upset when I get on scales tomorrow morning.
One not so good NSV was whilst on a boat trip my engagement ring slipped off my finger. 😩. I had noticed my rings were looser but was pretty devastated ( I’ve had it for 48 years). Luckily a nice young man dived down and managed to rescue it before it was lost forever. 🙏🙏

I know I was so lucky. I hadn’t moved from the spot where it slipped off and I think if he’d waited a moment longer it would have sunk into the sand. Best of days spent on the sea in Turkey.

Hope everyone is well? I’ve been so poorly this week, totally unrelated to MJ - back to school lurgy!!

Sorry to hear that @JomonotFomo 😔 I have been too despite no longer working in a school or having school age children! 😂 Must be the change of season

Week 15 weigh in and my usual 2lbs off. Sticking with the 7.5 again next time as I'm happy with this steady loss and it's still working.

SW 13st 7lbs BMI 36.9
CW 11st 3lbs BMI 30.7

Total loss: 32lbs!!
Total body weight lost: 17% 😯

I can't believe that next month I'll be in the 10s. And overweight not obese! The last time I was 10 stone would have been 2016 and that was only due to a very stressful life period.

I lost another 2 lbs this week on weigh in day on Wednesday.
I weigh daily and am now so very close to dropping into next stone range.
Yesterday I was 15st 0.5lbs
This morning 15st 0.3lbs

So so close and very excited to see 14 on my scales.
I was last at this weight in 2016 when I had my gallbladder removed.

Weigh in this am after 3 weeks on holiday. Stayed the same. 👏👏 Pleased with that as I did treat myself quite often to pizza, pasta and cocktails. Hopefully will start to see scales moving again now I’m back.

I gained 1lb after a holiday of eating ice cream. It soon came off again though.

Are people keeping on with the injections whilst away or stopping? I've got a long weekend just away after I'm due to start the next pen and I don't know whether to just to stop for a week or is that going to sabotage things?
