New thread to track our baggy pants progress

I referred to my stomach as being a deflated space hopper on here earlier! Just floppy and grim😩

I buy lots on Vinted, especially knowing (hoping) I won't be in it long. Just been looking for some new jeans and even Vinted can't keep up - all my suggested items are 14 ... no no no, I'm a 10/12 now dear 🤩

I hoiked out some shapewear this morning, which I was sure would still be too small for me.

Dammitall. Too big! So I need to find the next size down. I mean I've got them in a bag somewhere in my wardrobe.

But I keep failing to get any use out of clothes because I imagine myself as bigger than I am. Which is nice, of course.........

Well I'm in! Fingers crossed for minimal side effects as I'm on taxi duty tomorrow.

Ladies I'm doubting moving upto 7.5. I've had good suppression on all doses, it's occasionally worn off on the last day or 2 nothing I can't deal with on my own. I'm due to start 7.5 on Friday so I'll need to do the clicks as no way a new pen will get here before then. But I'm thinking if the 5 is working well then keep on it? I'm also worried that the few side effects I have will get worse on 7.5. I'm majorly constipate. Like twice a week if I'm lucky bunged up! How have you all decided to stay on a dose? thanks x

I moved up as far as 10mg and I'm happy to stay on that.

For constipation, take senna tablets.

@QueenEthelTheMagnificent can I ask why you felt you should move up? I am due my 11th dose of 5 this evening and have another pen ready to go. I keep thinking the 5 is tailing off but it really isn't so I plan on staying here as long as I possibly can😁

Take 4 senna each night till things are normal.

I'm only just about to start my 3rd pen, so have done 10 jabs and I ordered it weeks ago when Oushk had a 15% off, I was guessing that's where I'd be

Had a cheeky little weigh in this morning and I am no longer obese - my BMI is now 29.9. I just had to share!!! ☺️

last time I wore this size was 15 years ago when I had my daughter.

@QueenEthelTheMagnificent I'm also a bi-weekly porcelain visitor  I felt awful from Thursday to Sunday last week. A glass of wine finally got things going for me (not advice but I know for me this helps). I was never one for being regular. I think I need more fibre and water. All the usual stuff like dulcolease do nothing for me.

I need to bite the bullet and order some clothes. This is my sofa job tonight. My husband laughed at me this morning, he said it looked like my clothes had melted over me (but I am also a tight git so actually ordering them, even off vinted is another matter!)

@Sewfrickinamazeballs @QueenEthelTheMagnificent I have been very much more regular since I started drinking clean greens. I take 2 psyllium husks every morning and then have a clean geeen drink and things have been good 👍 Oh, I also take magnesium but have done for ages and it def didn't make a difference early on😂

@IReallyNeedThisToWork is this a specific drink?....and can I get it at Tesco so I can sort my insides and outsides out at the same time?
