@Ifyounevergiveup 🎉🎉 a pound is a pound!! Are you still on 10mg? How is it going?
I have been ok on 7.5, I had terrible fatigue on Sunday but it did pass quickly. Really strange how our bodies react, I seem to have just needed that period slowly going up doses I guess.
I have changed my jab day to Thursday evening in an attempt to ward off this fatigue I'm getting at weekends, when I need brain power for studies.
I have thank god lost 2lbs this week 🎉, so im on the move again 🙄 I was hoping to be down in the 80s bracket but 90kg it is 🙄
How have I broken a stall, honestly don't know, I did up exercise at the weekend but had very little time to do anything this week, I have eaten a less than I should , just because I havnt felt hungry and have been busy, probably less than 1000 🙄 I'm not proud of that because it wont be sustainable for me in the long run. Next week is my last week on placement, so after that Ill be back to my normal working hours and a bit more routine and time to plan and make evening meals, and do some proper exercising. Now I have typed this, I am wondering if the stall I had is stress related, as its coincided with my 6 week uni placement 🙄. My usual habits would have seen me binge eating for stress relief, I obviously havnt doje that but the stress still found to a way to get to me 🙄😣
I am getting more and more comments on my weight loss, its a strange feeling when I catch myself in the mirror! I know 90kg is probably more than some people's starting weight, but being tall and thick framed, its really showing on me now.
I cant remember the name of the person asking, but I have bruised on occasion, I do bruise easily but you can hit a teeny capillary which can cause bruising, or you're just a peach like me. I have saying this though noticed in the last month or so I have a little local reaction at the injection site, I get a little red itchy patch for 2/3 days after, it has only just started happening, previously I've only ever had a small bruise here and there. I spoke to diabetes nurse at work who said try a slightly longer needle - I used 5mm last night instead of my usual 4mm, so far no redness BUT it actually hurt for a while after 😅🙄. I'm thinking I might need to give my poor tummy a little break but as its the fattest part of me I prefer to do my injection there!
Sorry I've really waffled on there, well done if you got to the end 😂😅
