I'm getting married on the 12th September.

I've tried to be really really organised so hopefully it will all run smoothly!

Haha! Me too Ohforfoxsake! I get married in 29 days & I can't bear to read back because I know I haven't done half of what everyeone else will have done...

Are you nervous?

3rd June for me! Have no dress, no witnesses ... and no guests! Just me and DP! We're telling no one until 3 days later (off to London staight after for a quickie honeymoon). So excited. We have bought DP's ring and ordered mine. I wish it was sooner though, as I really can't wait!

The wedding

How old were you when you met - 18

How many years have you been together - 8

How many children/ ages? - none, planning to TTC after the wedding
When did you meet - I saw him dancing on stage and thought 'I could do anything for this man.' Cheesy, I know. Mind you, I was only 18.

How did he propose - by kneeling in front of me in our living room. I really wish I was not wearing my old dressing gown and bothered with make-up, but oh well. Still nice to be asked ;)

The actual plan now - a wedding abroad where some of our families live for 80 people...

How many bridesmaids/ page boys? - 1 BD

Car? - none

Reception? - beautiful old restaurant which is also an art gallery with a swing quartet for entertainment
Cake - I hope it's chocolate

Honeymoon? - a spa break

Something new, borrowed, old and blue......

Have not borrowed anything yet

it's a church wedding (as we're both very involved there) and i've already done the orders of service
