Sounds beautiful :) Are you having a dance floor? Part of our trouble is the hall is filled with tables for eating, then we've got to push them to a side to make room for dancing.

Our tables will be around the outside of the hall so they don't need to be moved. The dance floor is in the middle.

Toby, sounds like it will be really lovely :)

It's not definite yet, we've not seen it. It has no central heating, the hot water runs off a wood burner.

Had an awful moment today. I went to the village hall for our baby group, and just sat there looking at the walls and strip lighting thinking how on earth I'm going to make it look nice. It could be such a nice place, it's just trying to get it there in a very tight budget.

Thanks :) Just home from doing the hall and it looks lovely! I've officially handed over to the event co-ordinator now, and apart from filling and assembling my wedding cake at the venue tomorrow, my work there is done!

DD and I are off out to dinner now, as we've got the house to ourselves for the night.

Wedding websites are the work of the devil! Great for ideas but I get stressed out just looking at them!

I think we might be buying our first house!! At the same time as getting married, how traditional haha

ive brought a dress (not THE dress) but a dress which means i dont have to go dress shopping with my mother, and will infact get to go on my own and choose exactly what i want!

It was fabulous. Such a happy day. We got our photos back today and they're fab. If anyone in or around London doesn't have a photographer yet, I'd be glad to recommend her
