forgot I am only an amateur forecaster and I get concerned about people heeding my advice, if I then advise them incorrectly. So please read what I say as only one opinion rather than a definitive answer.
For what it is worth these are my thoughts - You are in the amber warning area for Wednesday night. There will probably be some travel and power supply disruption, within that amber area. I don't know how much though. I don't tend to think of N. Yorks as being very wooded, so that is something and the infrastructure against bad weather tends to be quite good.
Wednesday night will probably feel a bit scary in a caravan park, so it depends on your tolerance to scary wind sounds and hearing things go flying and how sheltered the caravan park is. Certainly you should not be anywhere other than the caravan by 3-4pm.
Friday - the snow is very very uncertain, but as most models show, if you then need to travel south to go home, depending on where you are, travel into the Midlands or further south could be pretty dangerous during the day time.
However some models still don't develop Eunice much at all, to there is still a chance it won't be nearly as bad as feared.
If it were me (and I have a high risk tolerance to winds outside of wooded areas) I'd wait until the met office warnings update late tomorrow morning and then decide whether to bail at that point, but I would only do that if I could safely complete my journey out of the amber area by 3pm.
