icant that is a real time snap shot, it's moving westwards I'm afraid.

Temperature is starting to drop again too. Any roads that weren't cleared today are going to be in a bit of a pickle overnight.

That snow that OYBBK pointed out earlier, making its way over the SE, seems to have come quite a long way north on the Netweather radar.

A few flakes just starting here; it must be the start of the wave coming from the east. I thought the overnight stuff would be good snowman snow but it’s still too powdery. I may have made a teeny tiny six inch high snowman . . .

Just started again near Wisley, Surrey. Paths have started to freeze and getting covered up with fresh stuff. If it carries on I'm dreading tomorrow.

Home safe, but slightly - checked forecast for home address when we were about 2 hrs out, and it just said cloudy. Home to quite a lot of white stuff coming out the sky! Forecast now says snowing for 4 hrs...

I don't think they quite get the definition of FOREcast!

Quite heavy here in N Surrey now. DS is doing a snow dance for a snow day for tomorrow as he hasn't bothered learning his spellings for the end of term test due in the morning!

Thick snow here in devon once again. Dd's school closed tomorrow, but I work in a hospital so just trying to arrange a 4x4 to pick us both up tomorrow, drop her to her dad's and me into work. But the number is unsurprisingly continually engaged!
