Not a big aurora shot (although there's a hint at 8-9 o'clock), but the colours are very pretty.

Longyearbyen is rather pretty at the moment, isn't it ~ all pink/purple clouds with hints of green.
The Porjus cameras (Porjus camera 3 has impressive snow amounts again this year!) and Tromso looking the best at the moment. Abisko, I think has been a bit disappointing so far this season ~ it always seems to be cloudy at the moment when I look!

Longyearbyen at the moment ~ very nice.

And Alaska putting on a show as well!

You can indeed, RomCom ~ looks like it was a good night for aurora watchers.

Tromso is being its usual reliable self at the moment!

Had an alert from the Lancaster Uni aurora watch app earlier. Iceland probably worth a gander tonight.

Lovely Tromso

Oh I missed the alert ~ wonder how that happened. I did take a look at the Icelandic webcams last night and didn't see anything.
Longyearbyen putting on a morning show at the moment.

Abisko and Tromso are off to a fine start this evening.

I had the Lancaster alert earlier. Some lovely shots at Abisko tonight - here are a couple, but there are more in the photo stream.

Yep ~ just got the alert.
Not a lot showing at the moment ~ hints of green at Tromso and Kiruna.

Yeah Gloria it's a pity, the level is going down now. It was 6.5 ish when we took those photo's on NYE, so not much point going out less than that. And very little on the camera's.

It's weird the way the levels work ~ sometimes there's a really high level and not a lot showing (which seems to be the case at the moment) yet when the level's low, there can be some lovely stuff! 'Tis all a bit

I haven't been in here much, but I have been keeping an eye on the cameras. It's all been a bit dull lately. Hoping for some spectacular shows before the season is out.
