....gonna reach out and grab ya! Like a lot of you I too am a mum (over 50!) who started playing because my son was. He gave up ages ago, but I'm hooked. None of my friends know. Feel like it's my little 'dirty' secret sometimes, but I guess there's worse vices to have. Congratulations on reaching 40 @mrsjamin. I'm nearly halfway through level 39, slogging on!

tumpymummy I know what you mean, I'm still hooked long after DH and DS lost interest, looking along towards level 32, happily going on a long pokewalk after morning school runs, always feel a little shifty if I run into another school mum on my travels.

Hey all, nice new shiny thread!

I've added the two of you who posted codes today (sorry names have gone because of the thread change) don't worry if you can't gift every day, I only usually manage around 3 per week too.

I'm also a mum who was forced into playing by sons, although my boys are still addicts too

I'm hoping to level up 3pm Saturday with a few of you. I'll shout out tomorrow because I'm far too tired to look now. Fingers crossed Saturday level ups will take me to level 40 though!

For anyone worried about joining up for raids, our group are full of the every type of person and are (mostly) friendly and welcoming. Give it a go.

Oh, and I assume most groups are the same I've made friends that I see out on events and we have a chat and a walk collecting the Pokémon, while moaning at the lack of shiny luck

Also a note on Frankster's account - I am keeping this going on a back-up phone, which I won't have from August. I'm doing my best to level up those friends who are closest to levelling up to get everyone those points before then, but I totally understand if you want to put him on ice to prioritise others - let me know. I hope to get the tech sorted and bring him back later in the year.
