Tummy still not massively happy so a day of water and tea (and coffee because I love it and I can’t give it up and don’t roll your eyes at me @ppeatfruit Wink ) and a green salad of lettuce, cucumber, avocado and a digestion soothing lemon and ginger dressing

ppeatfruit · 16/06/2021 09:52

Kobani now would I do that Grin I just offer a little help if it's needed (she says modestly with a dh who's in a state because he sees me as mummy and won't take advice !!) Like an effing 13 year old.

Do you know your blood type btw? Dr. Peter D'Adamo is the author of the way of eating taking it into account, it's American and it works very well for me. Not to derail the thread pm me if you want !

B. The best smoothie i've made ! Whole grated and juiced lemon, fresh ginger with quite a few dates for sweetness, almond butter and almond milk (almonds are everyone's friend!) Even dh said he loved it without prompting!
L. strawberries, raspberries a pear with some of the morning smoothie.
Sn. Spelt bread with pnut butter and yeast spread, cucumber.
S. Bowl of Amisa flakes with soya milk

KobaniDaughters · 17/06/2021 01:20

Lol I have absolutely no idea what my blood type is - it’s something negative!

Your smoothie sounds delicious

Tummy feeling better today (period pains weren’t helping), ate little and often until a very early dinner so I have plenty of time for digesting before bed:

S: half a Granny Smith, a paleo bar thing, some broccoli, some plain tofu
D: leftover gado gado with added white beans and broccoli, watermelon

We've come to Dorset for the weekend. We've been a bit unlucky with the weather, but it's lovely to be away somewhere.

Yesterday
B: muesli with seeds and raspberries. Nectarine
Shared a packed lunch in the car in the rain (could you get any more British 😂). I did wholemeal rolls filled with squeaky bean pastrami/sliced gherkin/wicked horseradish and mustard relish and oatly cream cheese and cucumber. Higgidy mini no pork pies (good pastry, filling was a bit dry imo). Cherry tomatoes, cucumber and pepper sticks. Cherries. Flapjack bites and mini bakewell slices (wicked again)
Pub dinner - vegan burger, wedges, chunky onion rings and side salad followed by fruit crumble and vanilla ice cream
S: tortilla chips and dips

Today
B: mango, granary toast and marmalade
Lunch in Bridport - vegan sausage roll and salad box of chickpea and cauliflower/edamame and pea
S: small chocolate brownie, small tiffin (both from a food festival that was on in bridport)

Today was a bit ridiculous - am working numerous jobs this week and today was directing an audiobook 6am-2pm then running my daughter from one play date to the next, prepped a video game I’m directing tomorrow then ran out the door to shoot part of my film 6-11pm

As a consequence food was mainly snacks (Bombay mix, watermelon, almond butter stuffed pretzels) and a globe artichoke
