An interesting point about marmite\yeast spread. I have been eating it a lot lately because I remember that mossies don't sting when you taste of it!!! That's true!!! (it's gets quite horrible when it heats up here with the stings).

B. white peach/apple/ground linseeds\ pineapple juice smoothie.
L. beetroot\carrot\onion\lettuce juice with spelt bread and yeast spread. some of the chocolate YA dessert.
Sn.S. Large oakleaf lettuce salad with fresh pea and tinned pea, with a tofu yoghurt young garlic and onion dressing.

That's really interesting about yeast @ppeatfruit. It's definitely the case that they're attracted to some people more than others isn't it

B: avocado and garlic mushrooms on granary toast in a vegan cafe
L: salad of lambs lettuce, cherry tomatoes, violife feta and black olives
D: fuck ramen (edamame, broccoli, sweet potato)
S: curry chickpeas, sugar snap peas, magnum

Yesterday
B: pimped up muesli with mango and raspberries
Ate lunch at a vegan cafe in town and had cashew cheese sandwich with sundried tomatoes, pesto and balsamic mushrooms with a large salad and seeds garnish. And a green smoothie (avocado, spinach, apple and a few other things)
D: roasted veg with hm katsu sauce, a fry's chicken burger, rice and broccoli
S: crisps, booja booja truffles

B: large wholemeal bap, toasted and buttered with seasoned tomato slices. 3 ginger nuts
L: marmite granary sandwich and big salad (leaves, micro greens, beetroot, sugar snap peas, cucumber, artichoke hearts, seeds)
D: loaded sweet potato wedges - black beans, sweet potato wedges, avocado, mango salsa, sweet potato queso and tofu sour cream
S: 2 dates, strawberries, magnum, enjoy mint chocolate

B: Monday smoothie (first of two working days this week 😂)
L: mixed grains from a merchant gourmet pouch, mixed with cherry tomatoes, beetroot, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, pomegranate molasses/ herbs/ seasoning. Added a few cashew nuts and some seeds
D: pukka pie, jersey royals, roasted asparagus, peas, carrots, green beans, broccoli and gravy
S: Apple, enjoy mint chocolate

@eagervegar, I got it for £1 on the clearance shelf. It was good though. I added a bit of veg to pad it out. Not sure I'd pay £5 for it but I did enjoy it.

Saturday
B: porridge with blueberries, seeds and golden syrup
Lunch at my lovely Aunty's house (first time we've seen them since Covid). Stuffed Romano peppers, Imam bayildi, roasted cauliflower, carrot salad, avocado and broad bean mash, seeded bread. Chocolate cake with raspberries and plant cream
D: salad of leaves, micro greens, avocado, beetroot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, freshly toasted cashews and pine nuts. Granary bread and plant butter
S: slice of granary bread with peanut butter and a hideous amount of chocolate

Had Wicked Avo and Chickpea Burgers today with salad.

The burgers didn't look at all promising but they were quite substantial. I would have them again as they were meaty and filling. Another clearance shelf bargain.

I don't normally go for processed foods but I will look out for the yellow stickers. Get some real treats that way.

@MerryChristmasToYou - I buy the Linda McCartney duck in a bag in the frozen section and add it to ramen. It's much better value that way

L. HM white bean, garlic and spring onion dip with ryvitas and a pumpernickel slice pus some yeast spread and cucumber.

Sorry, been MIA because just not paying attention to what I eat or my body and now suffering with bloated ness and pain from abusing it with alcohol and overeating!

I did however make the gado gado from green roasting tin last night with marinated air dried tofu and that was yum
