I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

Yesterday:
B: Oatmeal (made with oats, dates & water, topped with cinnamon, walnuts and soymilk), Innocent smoothie, espresso, green tea
L: Peanut soup (made of red lentils, peanut powder, sweetcorn, sweet potato, green beans, aubergine)
D: Stir-fry of TVP chunks, cabbage, carrot and spring onion, with rice, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds
Snacks: tinned red grapefruit; corn cake thins with almond butter; Panda black liquorice; maple syrup waffle cookies; V8 juice; half a sandwich of THIS Bacon (game-changer!) & mashed avocado

L: bowl of veg and kidney bean curry, slice of bread with red pepper hummus
D: Broccoli bowl from What Vegans Eat

And I still have 240 calories left which I will possibly convert to crisps in a mo!

Terrible, hangover induced day of gluttony
B: overnight oats with raspberries and almond butter
L: black bean and quinoa soup and a quesadilla with pesto

Then I just snacked:
A tangerine
Handful of rosemary nuts
Toast and garlic spread
Crackers
Leftover DC pasta and marinara
Avocado roll sushi
Cucumber slices
Strawberry cashew yoghurt
Dried mango

And a glass of Pinot noir

B - peanut butter and jam on toast, banana

L - probably a hummus and chopped veggie wrap with some crisps

D - black bean and kale stew with oatly creme fraiche and jalapeños.

Yesterday was a bit hit and miss
Cheese and red onion toastie.
Lentil chickpea salad with hummus topped rice cakes.
Tons of cups of tea. 2 plums. 2 satsumas. Free from cheesey balls😂
Plate of veg sticks and salad, crusty bread roll, olives and sweet chillie hummus.

Today
Marmite and pnb on toast. Oj. 2 cups of tea.
Cheese salad wrap. 2 plums. Salt and vinegar crisps. 3 cups of tea.
Dinner will be vegan meatballs with mushroom stroganoff, creamy mash and green veg.
Probably some chocolate later

Breakfast was Scottish porridge oats made on the hob (cos they take an age to cook 🙄) but better for me so hey ho...

Lunch was boring beans on toast grabbed between meetings

Banana, orange and popcorn for snacks

Out for dinner to 'Bills' in Leeds, I had the 'Carrot, Cashew nut and mushroom Wellington with butterbean mash, long stem broccoli & rich vegetable gravy' it was a bit on the small side but amazingly tasty and they had a few vegan options to choose from so all was good

Got absolutely rinsed for a £9 aperol spritz Mind.. size of a bloody egg cup when it arrived. Waitress should have worn a black mask. remembering today why I don't usually buy cocktails ffs

Morrison's "no turkey" Christmas sandwich. Half because it was really bland and a bit rubbish

S (while cooking dinner) crisps and cucumber dipped in garlic spread
D: sautéed shishito peppers, roast Brussel sprouts, carrots and cauliflower with lemon tahini sauce and half a bottle of wine Blush

Bowl of shreddies
Cheese and beetroot sandwich.
2 sausage rolls.
About 6 cups of tea. 2 apples. Satsuma. 100 bar of orange chocolate. 2 bags of crisps.
Not a great day food wise.

L - tomato, quinoa and kale soup from the freezer.
D - sabih- roasted aubergine, salad of chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, coriander, lime juice, flatbread and a tahini garlic dressing. Yum!

Dinner wil be shroomdog pasta bake.
4 cups of tea ( so far 😂) am sure a packet of crisps will get eaten later too

Ooh I’ve just had the new Mediterranean pittas from Aldi and they are amazing. Fat and puffy and soft, made with olive oil. Highly recommend them!

Yesterday:

B - Spinach, kale, kiwi & strawberry smoothie with coconut water, flax & spirulina.
L - took dd out to our local pizza joint & had tomato base with broccoli, artichoke, olives and courgette
D - made an unsuccessful nut roast, it fell apart! With roasties, green veg and gravy.

Cauldron sausage, maple and mustard parsnips and marmite sprouts. Maybe an apple and some soya yoghurt later if I still feel hungry.

Those pittas sound lovely- ill have to get some next time I'm in there.

Just a quiet one at home for Christmas amd wasn't going to bother with a proper xmas dinner the kids want one😂 we tried the mushroom Wellington thing from tescos a few weeks back and it was really nice - wasn't expecting it to as so cheap, so unless I suddenly want to do something more exciting we'll be having that.

Today
Cheese, salad chillie wrap.
Carrot and parsnip soup.
Sausage chips and beans.
2 satsumas, about 7 cups of tea😂, am sure I'll some more snacks later

Brunch: field burger with a portobello mushroom, sweet potato chips and salad
Dinner: out with DH and shared a truffle pizza, baked “meat”ball, half a cauliflower baked in marinara sauce and a tiramisu. Glass of wine and an old fashioned
