I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

Oooh @chickadeedeedee I have some black salt I still haven’t got round to using, what was your recipe or how much at least of the salt did you use?

Thanks @PartTimeDomesticGoddess it’s such ongoing boring issue but trying to steer clear of the narcotics this time as last time they sent me potty and I didn’t eat for 3 days!!

Managed a reasonable amount today, a mashed up banana, worked out how to spoon tiny amounts of ice cream down my gullet and DH blended my soup to thick liquid so I managed that too. Missed my morning coffee and my evening g&t

chickadeedeedee · 17/06/2020 04:10

It's so easy. Mix veganaise, tumeric, spring onion, black pepper, chopped tofu (no need to press) and salt to taste. It's quite strong but I love it, so I probably have more than I should.

IJumpedAboardAPirateShip · 17/06/2020 05:58

So start it off light then add as you need?

ppeatfruit · 17/06/2020 09:38

One good thing about dental issues is that I lost about a stone just giving up sugar!! (our Fr. dentist is not kind so I had to wait to get to England for treatment so couldn't eat for days) this was before lockdown thank goodness. I feel for you people with problems esp. now!

D: spaghetti with lentil bolognese and salad

I've used black salt a few times now and am amazed by it tbh. I used it for quiche and Yorkshire pudding recipes, both to good effect. The Yorkshire's aren't the same as regular ones but are very nice nonetheless

IJumpedAboardAPirateShip · 18/06/2020 03:14

@ppeatfruit I’m not trying to lose weight, I physically can’t eat anything with more texture than baby food at the moment!

IJumpedAboardAPirateShip · 18/06/2020 15:43

D. Borscht plus breadroll
T. sweet potato and lentil curry

IJumpedAboardAPirateShip · 20/06/2020 22:06

Welcome @BeneathTheMilkyTwilight and @Beawillalwaysbetopdog the more the merrier!

Yesterday was a bit miserable and the usual lentil soup, pistachio ice cream and mashed sweet potato. I think the soup is on the turn so I shoved it in the freezer and scrambled up some very soft tofu today for brunch, going to attempt lasagne this evening as DH makes the pasta from scratch so it’s generally soft and I’ll make the ragu with teeny tiny veggies!

BeneathTheMilkyTwilight · 20/06/2020 22:29

Thanks for the welcome!

B: berries, nuts, seeds, soya yogurt
L: sausages, portabella mushroom, spinach
D: Naked glory burgers, steamed veg
Oh dear, I hadn't noticed two really processed meals there! The shame... I think I ate well enough in the week to eat mostly crap today, hah. The burgers were really tasty, but as usual, rather salty.

Also snacked on dark chocolate, raw veg, and some sherbet lemons
