I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

I'm jumping into this thread as I'm seriously lacking inspiration in my meals and I have such fussy kids!

Yesterday was -
B (fasting) peppermint tea
S cappuccino and coconut chia oat biscuit (several)
D leftovers - garlic rice, kale, wicked kitchen chorizo sausage
S Aldi beef flavour veggie puffs
T jacket potato, mashed avocado with lime and tomato, houmous, rocket, Swedish glace cinnamon ice cream

B: overnight oats with blueberries, small peach, seeds and soya yogurt
L: lunch pot with one of those pouches of ready cooked quinoa which I mixed with tomatoes, roasted red pepper from a jar, capers, roasted tenderstem and artichoke hearts and a lemon, parsley and chilli dressing with chopped preserved lemon. Am not sure I like quinoa that much and it took a lot to make it taste nice 😂
D: M&S spinach and white bean ravioli with HM tomato sauce (made by DD14), oven roasted Mediterranean veg from the freezer, nooch and garlic bread
S: 2 dates, satsuma, grapes, graze cocoa and orange oat square, handful of wasabi rice crackers

And a couple of large GinGrin

B: fucking delicious vegan apple fritter donut from my FAVOURITE place in Los Angeles washed down with an iced oat milk latte - god I’ve missed these pleasures!
L: tomato, palm hearts, basil
D: veggie tagine and couscous

It’s late and I want to nibble so staring into the fridge to see what I can eat....

Oooh are you in L.A. IJumped ?

Right, recipe coming up; (This is flexible, you can use different flavours, pasta, beans etc. ). Ingredients: Can of white beans. 2 cups of pasta, i onion, 2 cloves of garlic, Yeast flakes. plant milk. Bread crumbs for topping. 1\2 cup olive oil. Dry Mustard,

Method: Gently fry the onion and garlic in the oil and a drop of water
in a solid pan till transparent. Add the beans and the liquid and mustard, heat gently. Cool then blend, adding 2 or 3 tabspoons. of yeast flakes for the 'cheesy' flavour, some milk to thin if needed. Meanwhile cook the pasta, drain. Mix them and put in a serving dish with more yeast flakes and breadcrumbs on the top dribble with oil . heat through then brown under the grill . Sorted !!

B.soaked apricots and linseeds , whole pomelo, ginger, with 50% water\prune juice.
L.Carrot houmous with spelt bread, leftover mushroom risotto.
Snacky supper\dinner Fresh strawberries, raspberries,dates, and a fruit I'd never seen before, it looked like a largeish dark loganberry, a mix of blackberries and raspberries (we'd just been to a local organic fruit grower)

S - chai tea loaf that I made from the random selection of dried fruit in the cupboard with naturli butter (the best vegan butter on the planet)
D - jacket potato and beans
S - Cocoa libre dark chocolate with raspberries
T - fusilli with green beans and creamy garlic sauce, magnum
Copious amounts of coffee all day

Ref. quinoa . I find if you overcook it, also soak it first. It does well and tastes better. I do the same with whole rice.

B. Pomelo smoothie
L. steamed spinach with homemade basil\walnut pesto sauce on spelt bread with olive on it.
S/D Lovely homemade soaked linseeds,dates lemon juice strawberry\raspberry blancmange, then walnuts and an apple.

D: salt and pepper tofu/pineapple/cashew/veg sweet and sour stir fry with rice and oven roasted tenderstem

B: luscious bowl of perfectly ripe peach, mango and strawberries. Roasted cinnamon and raisin bagel with flora and vegan cream cheese
L: 2 tesco corn fritters, beetroot, cherry tomatoes, avocado and Mexican Sweetcorn
S: 2 dates, 2 satsumas, 3 crackers with soul cheeze original in fat slices
D: Dahl, rice, mango chutney, cumin roasted butternut and cauliflower, HM chapati

B. An apple.lemon,linseed smoothie
L. Iceberg lettuce, cucumber, spring onion salad and tahini,olive oil, mustard dressing. with spelt toast.
D. beetroot, spelt baguette with the above dressing.
S. (after defrosting a freezer) A date, pnut butter and linseed cake.

I haven't really done much IF at all since lockdown, mostly due to work being beyond mental, and it's caught up with me as my jeans have become more snug than is ok HmmGrin
Have decided to try a low calorie 16:8 variation for some of the week (and probably try to do 16:8 the other days) and see how that goes. With that in mind, today looked like

L: small portion of chickpea, spinach and tomato curry
D: huge plate of veg (carrots, squash, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, green beans and Sweetcorn) with a Tesco nut cutlet thing and lots of gravy

@ppeatfruit yeah I prepped a huge bag of lentil and veg soup but it needs to be thickened and blended as I’m struggling with any kinds of consistencies. Attempting very mashed up banana today and hopefully by tomorrow can attack the soup. DH bought me my favourite Sicilian pistachio ice cream and the teeth on the side of my jaw that Hasn’t had surgery are too sensitive to deal with the cold Sad

Thankfully this is the last in a long line and will hopefully mean eventually I can chew on both sides of my jaw again!

I have discovered black salt so I am having lots of 'egg' salads (I really missed egg).

So today I had a tofu, vegan mayo, tumeric and black salt salad wrap.

Avocado salad.

I'm not well do appetite isn't huge at the moment.
