I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

It was amazing!! All three DC polished it off. We are getting really good at finding recipes to use up the ingredients that we have In the cupboard, rather than popping to the shops every day for extra ingredients.

B: Toast, naturli butter, marmite
L: Cannellini and garlic soup with bread and vitalite (twas lush)
Snack: Ready salted crisps, peanuts, red wine
D: (Will be) "BBQ" cooked indoors. Fry's frankfurters and buns. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber. Red cabbage slaw.

Cooked tomorrow's breakfast and tea ahead this morning. PB and banana bars for breakfast, moussaka for tea. Lunch will be cannellini soup again

This morning I had overnight oats with alpro vanilla yoghurt and some dried fruit and nuts on top.
Think we are having beans on toast for lunch.
For dinner later I'm going to make cauliflower mac and cheese.

Now inspired to buy a red cabbage and some Alpro yoghurt next shopping trip.
For lunch i'm having a hot onion bhaji, red pepper and grated carrot in pitta bread, only have tomato ketchup though so a bit odd perhaps but tasty.

That pitta sounds lush.

B: Crusty bread and naturli.
L: Slice of bread with sheese, lettuce and sun dried tomatoes, walnuts and a carrot on the side.
D: Sweet pot and leek soup with yet more bread.
Scones for pudding.

S: Been picking at cake and chocolate!!!

L: rice, Dahl and veg korma with spicy mango chutney and beetroot
D: big salad, spaghetti with home made pesto with lemon and chilli and nooch (was yum)

Had a cheese and red onion toastie for brekkie.
For lunch i think I'll probably have some sort of big salad, not sure what yet, will just see what's in the fridge and cupboard.
Dinner later will be aldi vegan chicken burgers with chips.

S: Scones and cake (working through our mad spurt of baking!)

Today, feeling a bit bleurgh.

@jess3817 this is the base recipe. I use 2 small or 1 big lemon and this time because I was feeling lazy, I wizzes it all up in the nutribullet. I had to use a mug of pasta water to make it work, but it coated the pasta turning it vibrant green and I would do that again. Credit goes to DH for picking all the basil leaves off 😂

Yesterday was
B: muesli with extra seeds, raspberries and rice milk
L: veg and barley stew with veg, 2 satsumas
D: HM pizza with artichoke heart, roasted pepper, capers and jalapeños plus a big salad
S: 2 dates, handful of tortilla chips, handful of sale and black pepper cashews

Today:
B: porridge with seeds, cherries and rice milk
L: nachos with black beans, salsa, cheese, guacamole and sour cream plus a small piece of 'buttered' French stick
D: pie with roast potatoes and parsnips, tenderstem, carrots, Sweetcorn and gravy
S: last slice of Christmas cake

B: creamy garlic mushrooms and spinach on toast
S: 2 dates, satsumas, grapes, BIG handful of salted cashews, bowl of shreddies with rice milk
D: falafel in pittas with hummus, beetroot, tomatoes, slaw and lots of veg sticks seasoned with salt and extra virgin olive oil

My meal plan for today:
B - pistachio milk porridge (I made my own milk with pistachios and water, was gorgeous) w banana and strawberry alpro yoghurt
L - lentil soup and roll

D - stir fry with veggies, matcha latte afterwards

Yesterday was:
B: muesli with raspberries, blueberries, seeds and rice milk
L: sticky coconut rice and butternut tray bake with broccoli and beetroot
D: Yotam's chickpea soup with crusty bread and apple/sultana/cinnamon crumble with coconut vanilla ice cream
S: 2 dates, grapes, snack a jacks, lots of salted cashew nuts Blush

Today:
B: mango, 2 dates, sausage sandwich (white bread, reggae sauce and Richmond meat free sausages) plus about a gallon only tea
L: satsuma, grapes, small portion of macaroni cheese, tinned tomatoes and aubergine soup (tesco - meh)
D: veg gyoza and wok fried greens, leftover apple crumble and ice cream

Fatso over here had...

Tereyaki tofu and salad breakfast sandwich

Pasta with broccoli, courgette, egg plant, spinach, salad and a bit three of bread.

Beans on toast.

Popcorn.

Beer.

Vegan wine.
