Can we please have a 'What I ate today' thread, vegan style?

I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

B: overnight oats with cherries and seeds
S: 2 dates
L: leftover takeaway veg curry and rice from the freezer, large satsuma
S: Brazil/cashew nuts, grapes, toasted hot cross bun
D: Bosh mushroom wellington, peas, carrots, broccoli, roasted celeriac, sprouts and parsnips. Almond magnum for pudding.

Yesterday-
B - Pancakes with blueberries
L - tomato soup
D - homemade aubergine curry with rice, shop brought vegan naan (thanks Tesco) and a few frozen vegan sides
Pudding was Ben & Jerries dairy free choc brownie ice cream

Today -
B - porridge with peanut butter and raspberries
L - two crumpets with marmite and sunflower spread
D - Lm pulled pork burgers with sweet potato fries and salad

B: 2 shroomdog sausages, 2 hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes roasted with chilli oil
L: sweet potato and red pepper soup, chunk of tiger baton with flora buttery, 2 dates, fresh pineapple
S: slice of chocolate orange loaf cake
D: salad, garlic bread made from tiger baton, vegan spaghetti puttanesca

D: M&S no chicken Kiev, roasted new potatoes, tenderstem, peas, carrots, green beans

B. HM smoothie with 2 pears, 4 dried apricots, ground linseeds, org. pear juice and filtered water. Whole org. lemon (for 2 days)

L. Steamed swiss chard, gently fried in a little olive oil (reheated) with onion, green garlic, and spelt toasts.

Sn. Tahini\dates with walnuts.

S. Quinoa and peas\parsley with basil\Tamari sauce.

Toast naturli marmalade and coffee with coconut milk
One or two a handful really biscoff biscuits
Roll with quorn vegan ham, salad and hellmans vegan mayo, tomato ketchup crisps
Linda mccartney pie, mashed Swede and mashed potato with soya milk and pure spread
Banana, mini oggs cake

Massive portion of over night oats made with coconut yoghurt and chia seeds.
Cheese sandwich, alpen bar and 2 small portions of flapjack.
Jacket potatoe with beans.
I've done a training walk of 26.5 miles today for London to brighton ultra, have had 4 cups of tea and dinner since I got in amd predict a large amount of snacks being eaten later.

Not been a great day food wise.
Cheese salad wrap.
Danish.
Bacon mushroom sandwich ( using this isn't bacon)
Apple.
Pot noodle.
Tomatoe pasta with olives.

I’m back - had friends to stay so ate ALL the food and drank ALL the alcohol including hosting a dinner party for 10 on Saturday where I cooked enough Indian food for 20 and constantly had severe over eating bloating and stomach pain for 48 (!!!) hours and a hangover to boot....so back on the thread to get myself in order

S: almond milk latte
L: jalapeño and herb cream cheese in lettuce and a can of hearts of palm
S: Orange
D: lentil soup

I really want to make some date, tahini and oat cookies but a bit afraid of then eating them all in one sitting!!

Ijumped I made some lovely easy date \ground almond petit fours for Xmas . I had to freeze half of them they were soo moreish!!

My taste buds gave gone mad this week, so I'm just going with it for now😁
Yesterday
Marmite and avocado on rice cakes with tomatoes.
Facon and mushroom cheese sandwich with picalli.
2 crusty rolls with cheese and Branston.
2 packets of salt and vinegar crisps.
2 braeburn apples.
2 satsumas

Overeating strikes again:

L: lentil soup and a cashew yoghurt
Then I just grazed on the following: orange, Bombay mix, strawberries, peanut butter on a spoon, tomatoes, two artichokes, chocolate, some of DD’s chips. Doesn’t sound like a huge amount but it was literally tons of Bombay mix!!

Haven't had bombay mix for ages. Must get some!
Marmite and pnb on toast with fried mushrooms, .cherry tomatoes and avocado.
This isn't egg mayo sarnie from m and s.
Cuppa and rocky road in Costa.
Dinner later will be sausages chips onion rings and beans.

Mashed avocado on rice cakes
Beetroot falafel burger with salad (from Byron Burger)
Spicy chickpeas with green beans and roasted beetroot
Raw brownie bar

Dinner will be chillie with rice.
There's some cashews calling me from the cupboard.

Yesterday was

B: fresh mango, slice of toast with guacamole
S: crumpet with flora buttery and marmite
L: Asda steam bag of giant cous cous and veg with Mediterranean oven roasted veg (from one of those bags in the freezer aisle)
D: disappointing pie with mash, peas, Sweetcorn, broccoli and butternut squash. Had chocolate cake and ice cream to make up for the disappointing pie Grin
