Can we please have a 'What I ate today' thread, vegan style?

I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

Yesterday was:
Overnight oats with almond butter and raspberries
A banana
Miso soup with enoki mushrooms, tofu and miracle noodles
2 (!!) portions of ice cream, hot raspberries and almond butter
4 (maybe 5?!) rich tea biscuits and 3 other small biscuits
2 oranges
2 satsumas
A cashew yoghurt
Dinner was wheat berries, field mushrooms and white beans with olives, capers and lemon zest

I need to get a hold of my terrible snacking habits

B: granola with chia seeds, orange juice, coffee, cinnamon roll
S: French fries (crisps)
L: homemade wedges, guacamole, veggie hot dog in bun with fried onions, mustard, beetroot ketchup
S: grapes, tea, chocolate, homemade banana bread
D: homemade veg curry, naan, pakora, 2 beers and poppadom

Snacks also need reining in here....

B - overnight oats with peanut butter and frozen raspberries
L - salad with Quorn pieces and potato salad
D - Indian from our local who are great and doing vegan dishes

Today
B - overnight oats again my new favourite breakfast
L- jacket spud and beans
D - mushroom stroganoff with garlic bread & wine Wine

S: small packet plain popchips
D: homemade red pepper and lentil soup, bread and vegan cheese, piece of homemade banana bread

S: 3 dates, grapes, 2 crumpets with flora buttery and marmite
Dinner at Ask for DD17 birthday and I had rainbow salad and fettuccine with tomato and aubergine sauce

Overnight oats is something I eat regularly, but can't quite get my head around having it with nut butter. Does it mix in or do you put a spoonful on the top like jam on rice pudding?

Soup and bread, guacamole and home made air fried paprika potato skins crisps (Feeling very chuffed with that).
Salad and split pea daal.

S: 2 dates, slice of toast with PB
L: Asda steam bag of quinoa and veg with oven roasted veg and hot sauce
D: Dahl with rice, naan and mango chutney. Pudding was raspberry trifle that my DM made and a slice of almond and cardamom cake (thank you @IJumpedAboardAPirateShip Smile) and some vanilla ice cream

I am stuffed, ate a LOT today
B: toast and banana and almond butter
L: (went to a vegan cooking class) divots stuffwd pasta shells with fresh tomato sauce, aubergine caponata, Italian chopped salad, baguette and vanilla cinnamon panacotta
S: matcha latte, some salt and vinegar crisps
D: hummus and crudités, lasagne (a bit portion then picked at D.C. left overs)

B: 2 dates, granary toast and marmalade
L: lentil shepherds pie done with half and half white/sweet potato mash with peas and tender stem broccoli
S: small slice of almond and cardamom cake
D: beetroot, cherry tomatoes, baby leaf green salad with pan fried gnocchi in herb and caper sauce

B.Homemade smoothie with apples, soaked linseeds and prunes and 1 and a half whole lemons. oh and organic apple juice and water. (enough for 2 days).

L Hot buddha bowl with steamed cauliflour, spinach and fennel. With a pnut butter\olive oil mustard dressing.

S|D Almond date homemade petits four, walnuts, large chicory drink with a cinnamon t bag in it .

L: 1/2 carton bean and chipotle soup, 1/2 pot guacamole and crackers, beetroot, 2 satsumas
S: Brazil/cashew nuts, grapes
D: cauliflower macaroni cheese sprinkled with bacon wheat crunchie crumbs which I had with broccoli and carrots. Pudding was 3 pear and ginger pancakes with maple syrup

2 apples, satsuma, alpen jaffa bar, packet of crisps.

Today
Toast with marmite and pnb.
Cheese salad wrap.
Chicken fricassee with mash, broccoli and peas.
Banana, satsuma, coconut yoghurt.

L: veggie stew and dumplings, 2 satsumas, 2 large dates
S: snack a jacks, grapes
D: veg burger in a bun with all the trimmings (burger relish, slice of cheese, gherkins and burger mustard) with sweet potato fries and a large salad
