I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

L: spicy lentil soup, crackers, satsuma

@jess3817 - does your no spicy rule out curries completely? You could perhaps do 2 or 3 different veg curries at varying spice levels. Or I'd be thinking a big lasagne or moussaka that could be prepped ahead (but new enough to vegan cooking not to have a recipe to recommend sorry). I thought tie jack Monroe smoky cauliflower mac cheese I made at the weekend was to die for, but not sure if that's occasion enough for your brief

jess3817 · 30/01/2020 15:26

PartTimeDomesticGoddess that could be an idea thanks- they do all like curry. I have done a lasagne before, not a moussaka - will take a look a t few recpies, thanks :-)

Garlic mushrooms on toast.
Cashew brie salad wrap..onion rings and an orange.
3 oatie biccies.
Think I'll make some dahl with rice and salad for dinner. The kids have had school dinners ( they have food vegan options there) so don't have to cook for them today
