I'll start!

B: bran sticks and oat milk, glass of OJ.
L: Hummus and tomato toastie.
D: Stir fry: pepper, courgette, onion, garlic, ginger, carrot and Quorn chicken-style pieces, noodles and lots of soy sauce. First time I've tried the chicken-style pieces; they were on offer. Nice and low cal/high protein, but nothing special in terms of taste.
Snacks: apple, banana, bombay mix.

I'm late to the party, I didn't even know there was a vegan section here!! Vegan for eight years, and this is my food for today.

B. Overnight oats
L. Spiced lentil soup
D. Japanese vegetable curry with sticky rice
S. A few strawberries

60oz water, two Yorkshire biscuit teas, and a coffee. I don't snack much but I do IF 18:6 which I seem to have fallen into by accident.

I love looking at what everyone is eating, lots of great ideas.

Today has been another satsuma for breakfast.
I prepped some carrot sticks and radishes for lunch but just didn't want to eat them.
Dinner was a chilli made with Asda's new plant based mince and black eyed beans. The mince was nice but was more like a sausage chunk texture and flavour than mince. Had that with lovely crisp baby gem leaves as a little scooper rather than tortillas or rice. Need to reduce evening carbs.

Yesterday was my ds 12th birthday and he chose mexican food so I made-
Tacos with chillie, guac, salsa, cheese and lettuce.
Fajitas with roasted paprika veg, oatly creme fraiche and a little salad made of tomatoes, coriander, garlic and lime.
Sweet potato wedges and spicy rice.

Today we' re having family round for a little birthday get together.
They'll be- the new pizzas from aldi ( not the spicy cauliflower one though😂)
Onion rings, garlic bread, crisps, nuts, olives, salad, dip, stuff like that.
And double chocolate chip cake with elmlea plant whipped cream.

Going to be the size of a house😂
