VB's dress on Mrs Burnham - horrible

I'm not a fashion expert and I really don't care much for it but this was the most horrible dress I have ever seen. Even on a coathangar bodytype like VB herself it wouldn't look good but on an average body it's just hideous. That's 850 £ unwisely spent. She could and should have gotten a dress from M&S for 50£ and actually looked good.

I don't see why it's off limits to talk about her dress, which was very unflattering.

Everybody talked about Akshata Murty's dress when Rishi Sunak got in, a lot of people hated it. People are just so hypocritical on here That was a lovely dress IMO.

That’s a really terrible photo. My friend sent me a photo of it earlier saying ‘this dress looks awful’ and it was a much better photo than this one.

VB dresses are usually awful imo, and this style only looks passable on the rail thin.

Honestly, who gives a fuck. It has literally no bearing on your life. Discuss the clothes if that's your bag but quit with the criticism of how women look. You need to give your head a wobble, as do many others on this thread.

VBs dresses are difficult to wear in the way they are intended. They aren’t meant to be figure hugging. I doubt many people will be googling where to buy it and prompting it to be sold out. I think a lot of people did get inspired by Victoria Starmers choices.

I like clothes, fashion and style and am not ashamed of that. I am ok with commenting on her dress choice. I don’t link that to any aspect of her moral or intellectual character.

I don't think it"s her usual style but it was an appropriate dress for the occasion and she looked nice in it.

I think she's very fair (as am I,) and very blonde and that colour doesn't suit her as well as others might. Having said that they've picked the most unflattering picture for the top of the article, if you scroll down there's another where it looks fine. I don't think it's worth £890 I'd want something amazing for that. I like that she's mixing high street and more expensive though, m&s the other day , and a much nicer dress actually
