I don’t know if I’m being silly, but 39° that feels like 42° - means we aren’t going anywhere. No my children will not sit at desks, and be forced outside to ‘play’ at lunch time, with the only thing out in place is that they can wear their PE kit instead of uniforms.
My son is extremely sensitive to the sun, and allergic to sun cream - even piz buin allergy cream. He is already covered in heat rash and suffering. My daughter doesn’t have these problems but I would still like to keep her home, with our aircon and our pool with unlimited ice lollies and cool dark rooms.
I’m just wondering how many other like minded people there are out there?
