I am persisting in my view that Ravec will agree security or not based on what the risk review undercovers. Looking at the situation in the Middle East, their farcical behaviour since August, their new status as private citizens, the Putin-Trump axis, and the rise of the right, I find it hard to believe they are in danger when there is so much else going on. They have no power, little money, the reign of pa will be short, and William has cut them off.

Political figures like Ann W are at a huge risk IMO. I'm surprised Ann W has no security at all. I just don't see how HAM would attract the same risk

The YouTube version is just still photography and subtitles, but if it's accurate then it's almost worth a month's subscription to Netflix to see the exit. Almost ... but not quite.

Everybody down south on the task force in 82 was putting their lives on the line.

He was operating off (and when not flying, eating and sleeping on) HMS Invincible which was the number one target for Argentine aviation..Etendard /Excocet ring bells?.There was no hiding place on a ship, no safe bunker.

Even the basic act of just flying off ships in South Atlantic weather was risky...chuck in some beefy seabirds and there was the potential for an accident even doing something benign like cross decking troops between two ships.

Andrew may well be a nasty bit of work and was known to be an arse but like many his life was on the line.

I turned mine off and all of the other email notifications also. Just get reply notifications here whenever I check.

While all this was going on. My life was not boring. It was actually extremely frustrating and difficult. Massive injustice afoot that will impact someone in my sphere and I feel MF POWERLESS to fix it.

I peeked here and got a laugh from the various TDS acronyms. That’s what’s up.
