Was King Charles wrong to take a rose from Charles Spencer's bouquet?

Charles Spencer says as Diana's coffin was lowered into the ground, several people there dropped flowers on the coffin. King Charles took a rose from Charles Spencers bouquet and dropped it on Diana's coffin.

This struck me as it shows a very casual disregard for other people's feelings. This was Charles Spencers flowers, but without a thought, king Charles took mine of the flowers. And remember relationships were extremely strained between the two men.

Sometimes I think the smallest incidents like this can reveal someone's true character. It's like someone being rude to a waiter. The king just acts like no one else matters except what he wants.

It’s been known foe decades that Hes a horrible man, hasn’t it?

I assume the proceeds from the book will go to one of Diana’s charities? Let’s hope so!

Otherwise it does look like a very mucky money-grabbing business.

Oh I doubt it! It'll go into his personal coffers.
Spencer wrote a horrible letter to Diana, not long before she died, calling her "manipulative and deceitful".
Funny how selective his memory is.
I suspect it's guilt, which he has projected onto the King.

The book is completely invalidated by all the foolish errors, he really ought to have at least fact checked. Perhaps he'll write a second edition with corrections?

I agree he’s definitely lying with that nonsense.

But that’s a bit harsh of you - there may be some bits which have a grain of truth after all.

😂😂😀

Who are you addressing?
What nonsense do you mean?
Where are the people that need to be convinced?
When did anyone suggest they meant to convince others?
Why would anyone bother?
How could you even convince someone affected by confirmation bias?

The idea that you think people will need convincing that he's lying is just laughable.
