So I lurked on these threads for a while, came out of my shell during (I think) the last thread due to the flurry of excitement around the whole UK visit disaster and then retreated again because it just all gets a bit boring again.
Just to recap. Am I correct in thinking the HAMs have successfully demonstrated they can enter and exit the UK with no fanfare and no need for a level of security far exceeding the working Royals? They are now apparently sulking because they could not go all insta to document their private family trip (well done to the royal family there, played a blinder). Harry (unsurprisingly) lost his unfounded court case due to no actual evidence and then spitefully slagged off the UK judicial system (HRH courts) because he is a truculent and quite frankly very dim 40+ year old man child who thinks it is his birthright never to be told no? Then (somehow) they managed to blag a stay on an island owned by a billionaire which up until now has been a discrete and private space (because real wealth whispers, does not shout).
And then we have Meg's (landmark)! 45th birthday photos, because obviously the whole world has been awaiting them with baited breathe. No matter that the timing means no way were they taken on her actual birthday, AI is probably doing a lot of heavy lifting. Those ballons! And it is a huge leap for anyone to believe this lovely moment (photographer ready, no friends or family) was a joyous, spontaneous event. Add to that, we get a later video of 'zany' and 'earth mother/trad wife' Meghan shuffling around her kitchen in Pj's (absolutely coincidence they told everyone she is giving Mrs), apparently half cut, with her love and fox mumbling 'oh dear' as he spontaneously filmed this intimate moment. For someone who loves hosting, she really kept it low key. I am sure all her friends were devastated not to be there, hence the lack of goodwill messages.
Honestly, I would say, who the hell is advising them, but pretty sure no one is. Which demonstrates their lack of insight and awareness. They are both middle aged, privileged adults with absolutely no ability to read the room. I know they, and their few remaining supporters, bang on about the haters, racism, etc. But if you are going to set yourselves up as fair game for cleb gossip and put this stuff out there, we will all take great enjoyment in taking the piss.
