A shiny new thread to continue the chat on the Sussexes summer shenanigans!

From what I can see W and C are doing a pretty good job bringing up their DC .
They don’t need input from Harry .

Sandringham Christmas Church walk - what a nasty cold grandpa excluding one set of his grandchildren. This is low hanging fruit for H&M. It’s public - everyone is there. Balmoral is behind closed doors as is every other royal adjacency opportunity. They were stung and controlled this summer - but Christmas…..also they could push to be at Catherine’s Xmas Carol Service. But Sandringham will be the goal!

Cant believe for a second KC will bail H out. If he does, then assume his othet son will be gifted the same. Or, the will changed. After all one must be fair and equal.
I can inagine H&M wont like that. They will think it unfair and W benefitting.

Isnt the US visa up for renwal soon? Perhaps they already know they have to leave. Well, M could stay. Im sure Markus would put her up.

I can inagine them coming back, and blundering about shamelessly, like Mr Wickham and Lydia. They both have thick skin, and M has more front than brighton.

The Xmas is walk is the money shot for HAM and hamlets and this is what they are aiming for. Bonus for H is, it will cause huge tension between KC and PW as I really can't see PW being happy about them leeching off Xmas

I cant believe that the King would allow this but if he does, more fool him and it will bite him hard where it hurts. The polls show quite clearly what the public, both sides of the Atlantic, think of HaM and of William and Catherine.

HAM always spend Xmas with Doria as they don't want her to be alone. I'm sure that wouldn't change for them (oh wait ......😅😅)

All this briefing and scuttlebut is clearly coming from their camp. The fact that it’s the express, mirror etc I would say may be a sign of how burnt the other jurnos got for parroting whatever they were told on the now revealed WhatsApp group for ‘friendly’ press.

Frankly, we are all just being invited in to an evening session of H&Ms mental health care circle which includes a lot of tapping and manifesting what they want to happen.

The fact that is has no basis in reality is irrelevant.

The Sandringham walk would be disastrous for Charles if H and MM were there. The Sussexes would be stuck like barnacles to the King. The Waleses would be consciously out of camera range doing their own walkabout. Guess who the crowds would be cheering for.

The king has met his youngest son and his children privately. That is all that happened. As usual HAM think that’s it we’re back. There is no way that they will return except as private citizens . Too much has been said and done by them, they have made their beds.
Charles knows that William and Catherine are the future of the monarchy, not the gruesome twosome.

KC will put the monarchy first and he, of all people, must know the damage that was caused by QE2 coughing up for AMW. I won't be wasting any headspace over the HAMlets visiting at Christmas or KC emptying the cookie jar..

Unbelieveable she clapped back to Martha’s trivial comment with such detail, (not sitting near each other, only commented about her European holiday). I bet Meghan was boasting to all and sundry (back from the ‘palace’ sounds exactly like a Meghan embellishment) and she panicked and has felt she publicly needed to refute it for fear of upsetting BP.

I think there will be a few laughs and eye rolls along the way as they manouever their desperation for a public RF reconciliation, what a turn of events for the pair, not so long ago Harry was confidentially stating there would be no reconcilliation until the RF apologised to Meghan.

I think there's a real irony here. If HAM had decided to no longer be working royals, move to another Commonwealth country like Canada or Australia and live a purposeful life (with something resembling an actual job, maybe even managed by the MIG smoothing the path to philanthropy or hands on charity work) they could have lived the kind of life they said they wanted. They'd have been invited back regularly to key royal events and for visits. They could have had their own family, perhaps done a handful of press release photos of the children, and broadly be left alone to enjoy a privileged life.
The mess they are in is entirely of their own making and a result of their sheer spite, vindictiveness and arrogance. They genuinely thought, post Oprah, Netflix and Spare, that they were fêted and beloved Grade A celebrities who had been terribly wronged, were wholly blameless and who deserved adoration. I do think Meghan is the architect of that, but Harry has very much doubled down on this stance. They don't have an ounce of self-awareness between them and have created a world, and world view, where nothing matters but their feelings, their truth, their perception. They are selfish, cruel, entitled and stupid and, unfortunately, a lot of people see them for exactly who they are.
I genuinely hope they go off and live happy and fulfilling lives, but not at the taxpayers expense and only if they leave other people alone and stop this endless victim narrative.

If H and M are there then I think the Wales family will be with the Middletons .
Whether or not H and M are there I do think things will be a bit different with the Sandringham walk this year in that I cannot see the DC being allowed to be hugged etc by randoms .

But why would they want to be with a family who caused them so much distress ? Who made racist comments ? Who caused Meghan to feel suicidal ? Who refused to help her ? Who took away her passport etc ? Who refused to give Archie a title ? Be near Catherine who made Meghan cry and didn’t want to share her lipgloss ?
Why would Harry want to be anywhere near a brother who was given more sausages , a bigger room and refused to share the Duchy ?
This is the poor couple who weren’t allowed to marry in WA or St Paul’s, weren’t allowed a red carpet etc and who had to slum it in a Christopher Wren cottage in one of the most prestigious areas of London .
Why on earth would HAM want to return to that and - even worse- subject the HAMlets to it ?

I don’t think there’s any chance of them being invited to pour a cup of cold sick in the family Christmas.
A short stint at Balmoral with the King is a slim possibility though I think it unlikely. It might tag on to Harry’s September visit for the WellChild awards. The Wales will be back home in Norfolk or possibly back at Windsor preparing for school by then. No one will volunteer to be at Balmoral at the same time as the Sussexes. There will be no gambolling on the lawns with cousins. Unless possibly the York girls have been invited. But I just don’t think they will want Madam and her phone poking around HMTLQ’s belongings and memorabilia there. It was her very private retreat and I’m sure the whole family revere it as such even now.

And OMG!!! I’m only on chapter 13 and my jaw is hanging off the ground! Soooo much I didn’t know and must admit feel sorry (so far) for Meghan’s half siblings. They really got a raw deal.

Meghan is a first class manipulator and user.

I don’t normally read these kind of book, especially about Royalty! But my word! And as HaM haven’t sued Bower, I suspect he has the receipts to back up all the claims.

Also Catherine’s Xmas carol concert is by invitation only, she honours people working in various charities etc as well as giving it a bit of glamour with certain celebrities and wider Royal family invites. It is her thing. It’s very simple. There will never be an invitation to the Sussexes. Ever.

They have obviously chosen to overlook all that now, that strategy didn’t work, so they have to eat humble pie and try to get some adjacency to the popular royals.

I will laugh my socks off if they end up doing a royal family event, I can only imagine the headlines, all images superimposed with their vicious comments about Harry’s family. The media will have a field day. The kids certainly won’t be unveiled at a RF public event, she will make a few million out of them first.

edited to add, all released photos will be heavily edited and photoshopped, so a public walkabout as a first unveiling would not suit her at all.

But what else?
The people that she needs to be on board to make money know what they are like.
The kids are too far removed from the line of succession
And the only people really interested in them/the RF are of an older demographic, who are too jaded my life to be sucked in to some money making scheme.

I can not see any situation where they can turn this around to make the kind of money they need for their lifestyle.
