Can’t see a new thread and am pretty sure there is still lots to discuss !

There was an article today about a court case to resolve Russell Brand’s failure to produce some self-help books, he had received an advance on. It made me wonder how things are with Harry and his publishers.

Also, who would want an RB self help book is beyond me. But I suppose H could try it.

This is all so absurd and embarrassing. Absolutely this fool will stage a fake attack on himself. He's capable of anything at this stage.

But really, if he is at such risk it's better he stays away from the Royal family, rather than heap more risk upon them.

He makes it riskier for the rest of the Royal Family, every time a sensible commentator points out the fact that his bespoke deal potentially gives him more security that the Princess Royal or Duke of Edinburgh.

This almost looks like a job advertisement! , does Harry realise that it looks like he’s canvassing for volunteers? 😬

Ahh OK is he now seeking 24/7 armed police protection for all IG athletes, spectators, family, friends and staff ? Or just for himself?

Is he trying to ruin the entire event? And are The Telegraph helping him?

There are large events happening all the time. All have the possibility but if he’s suggesting there maybe a terrorist attack just because he’s attending then maybe he really needs to stay home and not out everyone else at risk.

I very much doubt Harry "realised" anything, jeff; it seems there's no limit to what he'll chuck around in an attempt to get what he wants, and clearly that's all he's capable of focusing on

Quite honestly, if he’s in that much danger coming here then he needs to stay well away from the UK, safely tucked up in Monteshitshow, doesn’t he?

It's not comparable with any typical UK resident, who is at a risk - minimal, but unfortunately still present - of encountering someone who is dangerous due to the severity of their mental illness. Harry will never be in the position that Carnaby Webber, Grace O'Malley-Kumar and Ian Coates endured, simply because he's unlikely to be out somewhere, unlucky to meet someone in that state and have no one around he can call on for help.

The London doorbell ringing episode is the possible exception but he chose to do that - and frankly, it should be brought up every time he makes these absurd demands as a reason for rebutting them. Someone fearful for their own safety was either being unbelievably stupid to do that, or is being highly disingenuous about their own 'in danger' position. I can well believe he's extremely paranoid, but I also find it believable that he's saying whatever he thinks will get him what he wants.

Interesting that Harry compromises his own security by leaking his paid for report to the press on the same day the it is announced that the verdict from the ANL court case will come next week!

If I had any power at Birmingham city council, I'd now be ordering a press release to go out saying that given the potential for a terror attack, to protect the safety of local residents and people at the event, they will have to withdraw from hosting the event as they can't put people at risk.

Why the fuck doesn’t he solve the problem by just staying away?
Or does he think the event will sink without trace without Meghan prancing in front of the actual stars of the show in the victory parade?

I can imagine in a world 10/15/20 years from now, that people will look back on 2026/7 as the time when it became clear that Harry had demonstrably lost it, and a demonstration of just how isolated he really is. This isn’t going to end well for him, for the RF, for Meghan or the children.

That would be the action of someone more concerned for the event than themselves.

AFAIK we've not yet seen the full text of this reported security briefing, but UK authorities don't rely on some script paid for by Harry and based on the views of a bunch of grunts better employed in nightclubs - they do the assessments themselves and make a far better job of it, as their excellent record shows
