Also, why would the Taliban or whoever only target him within the UK? Why not do it in Australia or Portugal or on the school run in Montecito where it would be far easier? I’m glad RAVEC has seen it for the nonsense it is.

That's such a good & obvious point 😂Surely someone in his life has brought this to his attention, god know's it's said enough on here AND on Reddit, Twitter blah, blah, blah

This latest now with his bought for report of "Danger Everywhere! (but only in the UK)" is beyond embarrassing, how can he not be mortified?

So this 40 pager was submitted when do we know - at least a week ago?
Has this been amplified to Chris S as a) last gasp effort to get the security or b) to lay the groundwork for cancelling trip so not to be in the UK on7th which is apparently ANL judgement day? Obviously we don’t know outcome of judgement but presumably H does now?

Invictus can’t go ahead with anything now, can they?

We all know Harry is trying to coerce the government, but where are Invictus left in all this, go ahead and totally undermine the security risk their patron believes in, or cancel everything to appease their patron.

What a PR mess.

Mylovelygreendress · 02/07/2026 07:37

If Harry is in such danger in the U.K. ( But not Nigeria , Australia etc) would it not be far better for him to stay at home ? And why would he want to subject his family to the dangers of his homeland?
Would it not also be better for Invictus ( remember them ??) if he stepped away ? Those veterans have suffered enough and deserve so much better .

As Ranvir Singh pointed out "this is from Harry's security company so it's obviously biased"
You've said it, Ranvir.
Chris Ship is an embarrassment, isn't he?

See, you're bringing logic into it now. Harry is an enemy of logic and common sense. If it were a dragon, he'd slay it!

Great point. As they have just pointed out on the news, these are historic threats from years ago - I'm guessing when he lived in the UK.
At a wild guess, Islamist extremists could have got to him in Nigeria, at least.

SpiritofaPanda · 02/07/2026 07:41

Is he desperate enough yet to stage some kind of incident? Like a fake attempt on his life. Then he gets to really own his victim status.

Ohpleeeease · 02/07/2026 07:43

MrsLeonFarrell · 01/07/2026 20:58

Was it meant to be a punishment or a reward? :)

I confess I've never read it, a friend did and said it made her feel icky, as if she was reading private stuff that should remain so.

Loads now on EBay for £3.54 free delivery @MrsLeonFarrell. Knock yourself out, he won’t make a penny out of you.

It’s a strange book. The bits about his army time are probably the most authentic. The rest of it is also very revealing, probably not in the way he intended. Every excuse he makes about his wife’s behaviour confirms how awful she actually is.

I think people should read it actually, a lot has been quoted out of context and it’s useful to see things as they were written instead of through someone elses’s lens.

I came away feeling (unexpectedly) quite a lot of sympathy for him because he’s clearly a lost soul, but also exasperated with how entitled, petulant and deluded he is. The unconditional worship of Meghan Markle is totally baffling.

😂 Yes, at this point it seems like Harry will stop at nothing to prove a point and get what he wants.

Did she? At least someone in ITV is capable of critical thinking.

Indeed. It took me slightly aback, but at least the Harry narrative was challenged.
The headline and the initial report to camera didn't point the out at all, of course CS didn't. So basically, it amounted to..... nothing.

Thedom · 02/07/2026 07:43

Ah but for it to be impactful, it would have to happen on British soil. Which means he’d have to come here first. Then there’s the issue that the security services would see through a fake plot in five seconds, and if it was shown that Harry’s team was behind it, he’d burn whatever tiny bridge he might have left with the British public. I know he’s dim but I don’t think he’s that dim. The people around him on the other hand…

Passingthrough123 · 02/07/2026 07:54

Chris Ship is being hammered in the comments on history X.com post about the report. Lost all credibility as a decent journalist.

For every lie ( misdirection if being kind !) that Harry told , Meghan told 3 ! , she is not some delicate flower! , although I don’t believe in blaming women for the actions of men , I do believe that these two are equally culpable!

This. I don’t like either of them but I cannot get on board with it being H’s fault that M didn’t integrate properly into the RF, or that he didn’t tell her what she needed to know.

She was a grown woman, supposedly intelligent, marrying into one of the most famous families in the world. It’s just not believable that she didn’t do some research, or indeed, that she didn’t already know a lot about the RF. She apparently already knew one or both of the York sisters - no way were there not conversations along the lines of “so Bea, tell me more about your grandmother and all those weird traditions” etc.

Imagine if you started dating a prince - who wouldn’t google him and his family (that is, if she hadn’t already done that before meeting him)?

Given the mileage the tried to make out of the non existent NYC paparazzi chase…..it would not surprise me one bit.

She was good friends with Eugenie and had visited York House. She'd been given a folder of information.
If I was going to migrate to a new country and marry into the family of the Head of State, the very first thing I might learn is the National Anthem.

‘Biased’ is being polite - it’s totally inadequate due to lack of access to international intelligence that the Met have. Inadvertently dangerous even.

Who leaked this and why? Doubt it was Ravec! Is PH still screaming at Ravec via Page 6 and now Good Morning Britain?

I wouldn’t be surprised if he now leaks the content of the security doc just to amplify his point.

It was produced by Harry's private security company in the USA and given to Chris Ship/itv.

It wasn’t leaked, Harry has issued the report to the Media to publicise it on his behalf.

PinkHairbrushClub · 02/07/2026 08:08

When will he learn that having a tantrum won't get you what you want. All of this absolute nonsense is just ridiculous. I am on the same page as several others on this thread...what was once entertaining is starting to become tedious. I can't help thinking that there has to be some sort of formal conclusion to this nonsense at some point. Having a member of the family, albeit not a working royal, behaving like this and chucking around security paperwork has the potential to be actively dangerous for other people.

Edited

This also highlights a long running problem with our TV news organisations. They seem so desperate to fill 24/7 cycles that they don't stop to weigh the information they have and always go for drama rather than a measured analysis of the information they are given. The report is news but there are a number of narratives produced by it.

He is definitely to be pitied but I tends not to read autobiographies and prefer biographies. I thought Courtiers was fascinating on many levels.

MrsLeonFarrell · 02/07/2026 08:14

Just checked the BBC news app, nothing on there about the report yet. I hope they provide balanced coverage if they do mention it.
