A side note, but The Rest is History podcast have just done an episode on the UK national anthem fir the World Cup (also episodes on other national anthems e.g. USA and Germany).

It’s the super fans who are publishing AI images of the Sussex kids, praising and complimenting their Spencer genes, presenting them both as uber white.

It is the weirdest and scariest fanbase I have ever come across., encouraged and supported by the object of their devotion.

They are going to be gutted when they have to face the reality that the Diana or Windsor gene didn’t pass down from Harry, Archie looks like Meghan and the Ragland side and Lilibet looks like the Markles, while they can pretend as long as the growing kids have their faces hidden, that will be short lived. Already you can see their vicious jealousy about the Wales kids in comparison to the Sussex offspring.

Celebrity blind in X saying that Hazza is proposing that the Warrior games take over Invictus ( buy it?), may explain why he was sniffing around.

I can actually see that being a better fit for him PR wise, the Warrior Games is US centric and that’s where he sees his only hope of some kind of a ‘market’ for his brand, don’t think Warrior Games will be the ones to benefit from his toxic image though.

Just so horrible for William and Kate. Imagine having a deranged sister in law who hates you and your children, and a brother/brother in law who has betrayed your trust and love and wants nothing good for you. Heartbreaking.

The rest of the 'breakfast' though? What a mess! The orange indeed looks dried up, and who eats a whole orange for breakfast anyway? The jam smeared knife looks icky and what are those three white dots in the 'spread'? I love a good breakfast but this is not it!

As I've said before, I really don't understand why she started a food and cooking brand. She's clearly not remotely interested in it.

Before she met Harry she tried out for a cooking show and failed. It's really not a strength.

I don’t understand Meghan’s strategy. Why use a breakfast photo (and a NBA’s one) you’ve already used before for teachers? That hardly says, “Dad, you’re special.” She said in her Netflix show that she makes Harry bacon rolls or some such in the morning. Why not do that and shoe horn your spread in like Chrissy Teigan did? It’s revolting but at least making an effort.

She’s also done a collab with Clevr Blends, showing a matcha latte using her spread! Using a heart attack inducing quantity of matcha and half a pot of spread - I suppose drinking the stuff is one way to get rid of it before it goes out of date!

@IcedPurple fair play, I wave my bread in the direction of the toaster and that does me! 😁 I shuddered at these baked goods. Nothing on the tray looks appetising.

I am very excited about the royal Jellycats though as a fellow fan. Will be on the hunt for a cucumber sandwich. Agree it will provoke rage in Montecito, again.

IMHO, H appears to be a very self-centered person, and I doubt he would have cared to learn anything about anybody else's life, even before you take into account the number drugs have done on his memories

That's actually a very fair point, @My2cents1975, though even without any understanding at all of the people and their roles I still think there'd have been background stuff even Harry couldn't have missed - not least about his mother

Add onto that the endless capacity for invention and I've no doubt Meghan could make a few bob out of it

I read a book about Margaret Sweeney a long time ago, in fact so long ago that I didn't understand the significance of the headless man!😉 For some reason I was reading it at my Grandmother's house and thought she'd be interested but Granny was outraged and if she'd had a fire the book would have been burnt.

Diane's genes seem to have almost disappeared and the only person with a vague resemblance to her is William.

To be fair she was the only good looking one in the family. None of the rest of them are anything special.

Genes are odd and fascinating, how some family likenesses are very strong and carry through the generations, some disappear but pop up several generations later (see Princess Beatrice likeness to Queen Victoria), and some seem to come from nowhere. It has always amazed me that Diana was such a beauty when there is a distinct lack of such loveliness among her immediate family. Charles Spencer is in the mold of his father (in more ways than one). His daughters with the first wife seem to bear little resemblance to either though perhaps Victoria gifted them some delicate bone structure.

I think William's resemblance to Diana is more than vague. He's basically a male version of her. The height, facial features, even the mannerisms. It was more obvious when he was young, but there is still a strong resemblance.

From what I can deduce from various back of the head and side of face shots, both Sussex kids strongly favour the Markle side. I can't imagine Meghan is best pleased about that.

It actually says 'Breakfast for Him'. That would make me think more of a boyfriend or husband. As in 'his and hers' towels.

Everything she does is just so 'off'. That's what makes her fascinating.
