Dear Lord, yet another reason to add to my list of reasons not to go on a cruise!

The security issue is not about safety. H wants the status. Very simple. He has been photographed knocking on random doors in London. She giving a plagiarised speech outdoors. They are simply not at risk. AMW and the Yorks are more a security risk

Any risk has been created by themselves.
The random door knocking was hilarious 😆.
Imagine looking on your Ring doorbell and seeing that scruffy face. You'd alert 101.

Hear me out - my aunt went on a cruise where a man organised with the crew to have all the bells and whistles for a huge and ostentatious proposal... only for the woman to turn him down 😨

The timing of the dm releasing that during the security case ! , chefs kiss! 😘 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The status and the paid for security in the US because he is a VVIP or whatever it is which entitles you to govt paid security ( & which they released in they would get in a press statement before it was decided - which they had to rescind) wherever you are and wherever you go, He was told no. Didn't believe it. Believe it now H. 😄

I freely admit I know nothing of how crew are allocated to flights. I suppose I assumed if there was a VVIP on board there might be some selection. Happy to hear there isn’t!

I’m wondering who Many or Hany is? Or perhaps it’s Mary ?

One things for sure though - the card isn’t signed to Harry and Meghan.

Or maybe it’s Hairy and Meghan.

Is Meghan a "VVIP" though? In her own mind, definitely. In the real world? Probably not.

I'm no expert on such matters either, but I'd assume that cabin crew working First Class London to LA are very well trained to cater to celebrities and their whims. The wife of the 5th in line isn't anything special.

It was wasn’t it! , Harry is such an egocentric fool, thinking he can prevent his lies and behaviour being made public, now poking the bear that is the DM !
he has no idea just how many pictures and evidence that they have sat on over the years! , I followed the case , he sat in court and lied! His own pet journalist had to provide personal chats between them !

It's been said before, but when I looked at those door knocking images I was reminded of that poster who met him in a nightclub some years ago and said he reeked of tobacco and booze.

There is (or used to be) a cohort of crew at BA who could be rostered out for VVVIP flights (we're talking dedicated Royal Flights, that sort of thing), but common or garden LHR-LAX flights are crewed by standard line crew and as a P P has mentioned can be celeb heavy anyway..

I've certainly seen much higher in the LOS individuals than MM carried on BA flights with standard crew.

I used to fly a lot from LHR to LAX with work in first class about 10 years ago. Honestly cabin crew do not bat an eyelid re: famous faces on that route as it’s so common.

When I was flying that route I’d say it was more common if nobody recognisable was on it, rather than if there was.

I’d also say that the famous people I saw, seemed to want to be treated discreetly and not fawned over with fanfare thus drawing more attention to themselves.

Jennifer Lopez supposedly always flies with an assistant and requests that all interactions be done through her. "Ms. Lopez would like the veal en croute." "Ms. Lopez would like a silk eye mask". Or whatever it is that A listers request on flights! But my point is that real celebrities, unlike our Duchess, are tired of public attention and will go out of their way to minimise it when they can.
