Such grandiose statements, as though from a nation state’s presidential office, needed slapping down by the royal family at the time.

I agree about grandiose statements @TheAutumnCrow, but disagree re the 'slapping down'. I think any public response by the RF would just have served to make the statements seem more important, and continue the whole story of the 'feud' back at quite a febrile time.

I'm sure there were ongoing diplomatic conversations with Ukraine out of hearing of the media, and we know that there were proper RF visits as well.

So basically it's like when Opal Fruits became Starburst or Jif became Cif, but nothing about the product actually changed. Archwell did fuck all and will continue to do so but under a different name?

I thought they have moved from a standalone charity to a "shared function" which would administer the charity. It's purpose is for lower admin costs. Usually you would start a small charity and used a shared function to minimise costs but once it grew, migrate to a standalone organisation. H&M did this is reverse because the charity was not sustainable.

Didn't they fail to lodge registrations or something? H would have had the grey suits to sort all that stuff previously....he might be missing them.

I still don't know what the actual purpose of said charity actually was. Educate girls in countries where it's not prioritised? Help with veterans mental health? Better healthcare in third world countries? Raise awareness of global warming?

No idea. I wonder if they did/do.

I would love to be sitting around the Middletons table, I hope they secretly enjoy every second of hearing of Harry and Meghan’s downfall, having done what they did to Catherine and her family.

They moved from a foundation, in which they raised money and spent it on whatever causes they wanted. To a system where they have a financial sponsor, who also runs the admin but it also means they don’t control anything.

Purpose was to jump into the limelight with any topical issue - Uvalde / Covid / LA fires etc just to steal some glow for their own personal brand so that they could more easily sell UPFs & tat, secure dodgy speaking gigs etc - looks like those are drying up now too - out of reach like the books, broadcast and media production opportunities.

Everything they do and say is transparently and clumsily self serving.

But it is soooo hilariously entertaining - the clap backs, the scrambling to spin in the torturous grandiose, deluded and toe-curling narrative.

The founder is a flounder.

As Ever is barely a pimple on the arse crack of NF and MM trying to spin it as another other is side-splittingly hilarious.

Every week a delicious new instalment delivered up from the horses mouth inadvertently for our entertainment.

A couple of things I’ve noticed on Megs website:

• The website has an outdated copyright footer. Looks unprofessional/site abandoned. It’s dated 2025.
• The last press release was in July 2025.

Just more signs that As ever is dying a slow death.

There’s a lot of speculation on X that M has also parted company with Sunshine Sachs .

I thought that had happened ages ago so I ve obviously got something wrong.

Just why don’t they stop this posturing and fake philanthropy, stop making statements and flying around grinning inanely and actually start living authentic lives.

They rehired Sunshine Sachs in January - I think there is speculation that they may have parted ways again.

They got rid of their own in-house PR when they made all the staff cuts. The also got rid of Method communications. Meredith Maines left in December I think?

So they hired SS.

Which brings me to….who exactly works for Meghan/As ever?

She has no staff, they all left. She basically has a PA, that’s it.

You will remember the Sussexes first made public that they were keen to visit Australia in 2026 in November, some time after the Australian Prime Minister had invited the Prince and Princess of Wales (during his visit to the King at Balmoral).

I reckon she had a lot of additional stills and videos taken when she filmed WLM and she's just using them up. I've seen a couple recently that look like they were meant for Christmas/winter marketing.
