More serious cases can take over a year for charging decisions although am sure this will be expedited due to the massive public interest.

I wonder if he has had his passport taken off him as part of his bail conditions due to being a flight risk.

I don't think he's out on bail, because he hasn't been charged?

There is pre charge and post charge bail. Both can have conditions attached to them.

Lol, not quite an expert but worked in custody in a previous life.
Yes if someone is a flight risk one of the conditions can be to hand over their passport and also required to sign at a police station weekly or twice weekly.
If someone is a serious flight risk and the case is straightforward, police can seek a charge and remand in custody.

The child looks at least 18 months old to me? Possibly it's an early grooming exercise, or just Andrew having no moral compass or sexual boundaries at all, or both.

I cannot understand what Andrew was thinking. I'm wondering if he had had a less palatial dwelling and instead had lived somewhere like his new gaff, would he have entertained all these dodgy activities?
